You can see the mould on the walls of your room, bedsheets have stains on them too. However staff were helpful and friendly.

The front desk service was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was okay, though there was a slight odor. The bed sheets were clean. Overall, it’s a good place for a short stay

The location is superb, right by the Kuching Waterfront, and just a few steps out the door is the bustling Chinatown - Carpenter Street. The famous Sarawak State Legislative Assembly building is also nearby. Secondly, the environment is great, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I forgot my facial cleanser and shower gel, but the front desk staff quickly found them and returned them to me before I checked out, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuching!

Not very soundproof, i can hear the other room talking and laughing, even time pagi pagi buta dengar orang membising luar bilik dengar couple bergaduh. Bilik pun kecik, thenonly thing is big there is the bed

The location is strategic and it is convenient to go to any places. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location very convenient to walk near the city. But the cleanliness was too bad. It even no water supply and the water was dirty.

The hotel just located next to Hilton hotel, and in strategic location which is just minutes walking from Kuching Waterfront, and nearby attractions. But the maintenance is not up to standard, the room not well-maintained.

The toilet smells. But the winning point is the prime location. All place is walkable.

Don’t fall for the good location because I wasted my money here. Booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1 night as I had the most uncomfortable time lying wide awake hearing all the noises coming from other guests as soundproofing is horrible. Toilet flush and heater is VERY noisy in your own room, you can even hear from other guests rooms.

Room is very small, but location is good , walking distance to many places.

Excellent location with budget price. Everything is walking distance from here. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and there is hot shower too. The check in process is fast and the receptionist is friendly.

The location is great, close to the main attractions. Parking is limited, even though it was stated that “private parking” would be available. There is no water kettle in the room and no housekeeping service during my 3‑night stay, and there was no tag or notice about this. I think I saw a water dispenser near the lobby, which might be why a kettle was not provided in the room. The cleanliness of the room can be improved. However, I like that the room comes with both AC and a fan. Overall, the price is reasonable for the location and room condition.
