Very good counter service . Our original booking was city view , we requested and the lady is happily upgraded us to River view, it was such a wonderful experience. Breakfast is good. Sadly it’s was a holiday in Malaysia when we were there, so restaurant is packed with people. Today I managed to use their gym., it was excellent, gym is well equipped with all the necessary equipments. Will definitely come back again next time .

Check-in was smooth and we appreciated the personalized touches that made me feel valued as a guest. Our Club Junior Suite room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the modern amenities and thoughtful design throughout the space. The hotel facilities were excellent, the swimming pool was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring, and the fitness centre was well-equipped for a good workout. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The buffet offered a wide variety of local delights and international favourites, all fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There was something for every palate, and the quality of the food and ingredients stood out. The club lounge experience was exceptional. The ambience was classy and comfortable, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. The staff in the lounge were extremely courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and happy to help. We particularly enjoyed the evening welcome drinks, a wonderful selection that made the evenings feel special. The complimentary refreshments throughout the day were a nice touch and added great value to my stay. Sheraton Kuching exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic service, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and delicious breakfast, all delivered with genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

The hotel provides great basic amenities for me to have a comfortable stay. The location is great, only 2-min walk to the cat statue and then can continue walking along the waterfront. The breakfast buffet spread also decent, i love their fried rice and fresh pineapple and orange juice. The staff also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great service!

To best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts. You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas. The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room. The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them. I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help us with a smile. They even waiting and welcoming us to the counter for registration though it’s a hot day. He also led us to our guest room. When we opened the room, the air conditioning was ready for us. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the greeneries and peaceful surrounding, the well-kept landscaping facilities and delicious food served at the restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully arranged especially my birthday cake, to make the guests feel welcome and relaxed. The swimming pool is built above the sea with a good and fantastic view across the sea horizon especially beautiful sun rise view. Besides, it’s safe for beginner like me. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family, and look forward to coming back again. Congrats.

Good place to stay for those who are in budget… The Hotel is quite comfortable and offered free breakfast is great deals too… The internet connection is great… Highly recommended…

Had good experience with the hotel. Location is good nearby to river , eateries and other amenities necessary for tourists. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities in room up to expectations and all in good working order, air-conditioner working perfectly. Only one bugbear, hotel gym need maintainance and upgrading.

The location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.
