The temperature of the room causes serious problems in sleeping, the air conditioning level is quite unstable. The cleanliness of the bathroom was bad, there was an inch of dust, the cream bottle in the shower was full of water, the shower arm was broken. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room was disturbing.

As an employee of an international hotel chain, I feel the need to talk a little about your experiences. We stayed for 1 night as a couple. Unfortunately, there is no greeting at the door. The reception is empty most of the time and you have to find someone to help you yourself. The day after the biggest scandal, there was a power and water outage for approximately 1.5 hours. Neither an apology nor anything to compensate was offered in return. We had to have breakfast in the dark. Unfortunately, when I asked for a late check-out, we did not see any inclination to help them by saying our check-out time was 12. It will remain in my mind as a hotel that I will never come back to again.
