"A prime location in the heart of Kufstein, just 15 minutes from the first lifts in the Kaiser Mountains, a modern hotel with a historic touch and incredibly friendly and attentive staff, with a family atmosphere yet still super professional. We had an apartment with a separate bedroom and sofa bed, which was perfect for two adults and two (young) children."

"The apartments are part of hotel Andreas, which is located about 500m away. You need to go there first to check in. The apartment is clean and spacious, but very outdated. The main issue is that there are no blind out curtains, which means you are sleeping in daylight, which is really annoying if you need darkness to have a good night sleep. Also there is no elevator in the building It's nice to have a kitchen where you can cook, make coffee and tea and have a fridge available. You can park for free on the street directly in front of the apartment block. If there's no space you will need to park further away or pay for parking. ."

"Traveling to the Munich border, just the ball game caused Munich to have no room, booked to Austria, this section has no high speed, no charge. The hotel is on the old street, the location is prominent, there is a free parking space not far away, the breakfast is too rich, the bread is very delicious, there is nest honey to eat, the room decoration style is unique, this town is really bright"

"We have booked a apartment with kitchen twice in writing, which has been confirmed. On site, however, we received a lively, unclean hotel room without kitchen (smutual floors, unused water cookers). The reception was little helpful and not understandable. We were promised an appropriate apartment for the next day, the next day they wanted nothing more to know about it (received). After a long time, we finally got a very small, slightly furnished “flat”. The kitchen was hardly useable, there was no proper table and no chairs, food was practically found in the passage area instead – from our view no real apartment. At the check-out we wanted to first pay the full amount. Only after consultation was granted a price reduction. Additional costs for outdoor food, arising from the lack of cooking area, were not reimbursed. The handling of the staff was unfriendly. In addition, our dog was charged € 15 per night, although the written offer showed € 10. The difference was refunded upon request. Concluded: Deviation from booking, poor communication and incorrect settlement. No recommendation."
