We encountered significant challenges with the management of the homestay. Upon our arrival at 1:00 AM, we were unable to access the building to retrieve the key from the mailbox. Despite multiple attempts to contact the provided phone numbers, our calls went unanswered. After approximately thirty minutes of waiting outside, a representative finally responded to our message, indicating that they were unable to assist us in gaining entry. We were advised to wait for another resident to arrive, which would allow us to enter the building around 2:00 AM. Additionally, the representative suggested that we consider canceling our booking. This level of service reflects a substantial lack of responsibility. Furthermore, we reserved a house featuring a queen bed and a single bed; however, the accommodation we received included a two double-decker bed and two single beds. The amenities supplied were also insufficient for four adults, as stated in the listing. Specifically, there were only two glass cups available for the occupants, one inadequate ‘lembik’ pillow for each guest, and no iron was provided.
