Last min change of hotel, opted for Castello as hotel has lift… wise choice as check in was a breeze. Lobby to room smell nice. Room was good enough size with basic amenities. Will be back for a night in Kulai. Food was a plenty and good massage parlor.

Road and wind noise is loud. Windows doesnt prevent these noise at all. Parking at the nearby hotel is guarded with security guard. Hotel is heavy with perfume smell, i prefer not to have this smell.
Bathroom is full of mould and stain, cleanliness is not up to par as a hotel. One time is enough.

The hotel is quite old so the amenities are dated. The bed is not that comfy and floor also didn’t feel it’s properly clean before handing over the the room to us. It can do better.

Customer service very nice but the aircond really not good been set timer auto close every two hours, and there is no fan no window. Got request to fix, fix third time still same so those four night i stay wake up every 2 hours and take out the room card and restart whole things ! Bc very hot cant tahan!
