The property was in a picturesque location and the service was really top notch. Though a little far from Manali, it actually is closer to Atal Tunnel and Solang valley, saving at least 30 minutes in drive time. The service at the hotel was very good, front desk manager Ms. Pihu, restaurant staff Rakesh and Sarthak, new joined Rithesh were all very helpful throughout our stay.

Very good stay at ITC Hamsa. The property is new and very well curated with beautiful views in the mountains and and amazing garden. Food options are very good, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Special mention to Mr Sahil of High Adventure Tours who supported us with transportation with an excellent service.

Every Resort has a Story! But Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Hamsa Manali has a unique one! A success story that has culminated in the sweet fruition of a committed vision of hospitality. A mesmerizing, beautifully landscaped haven, located in the lap of the magnificent Himalayas, gave us an incredible treasure trove of experience. Beautiful ambience, warm hospitality, delicious breakfast buffet and well-crafted dining menu were complemented by efficient service of the polite staff at the hotel. We enjoyed walking in the beautiful gardens where every turn & twist provided a new vista of the pristine mountains and a fresh blossom or rare tree. The villas are both luxurious and stylish and sitting in the balcony admiring the snowcapped peaks, soothes frayed nerves in an instant! The resort is a must stay! With one of the most stunning views, this Welcome Hotel also gives you top class services. The staff is really helpful , sweet and courteous. Special thanks to Dinesh and Sonu for ensuring our room stays forever fresh. From food to the jacuzzi, you will enjoy the view everywhere you turn your head around. Lovely open dining space has European theme menu is the spot to be at. Everything about this trip is gonna stay with us forever. Thanks again!

They have a policy that they are not pet friendly and that's why we had to leave our pet, but its shocking to see some VIP guest came with their pets...... its sad if they are doing like this, moreover all our small request were rejected stating hotel policy.... poor management

We stayed at this property for two nights from Apr 19th - Apr 21st and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is located in such a wonderful location and all our rooms provided beautiful views of the mountains. The housekeeping staff - Shiv Kant, Sonu Ram & Ajay did an amazing job by decorating our parent’s room as we were celebrating their anniversary. Mr. Tulsi Ram made sure that we had a seamless check-in process and helped with all the coordination and even arranged a cake in the evening for us to celebrate the special occasion. All in all, we had a very good time at this property. Thanks to all the staff members for making it a memorable stay for us..
