前台一塌糊塗服務真是讓人印象深刻啊，女服務生拉着一張臉，舉着一手長甲片的美甲，一點沒有服務員的態度，愛答不理的，就這怎麼招聘進去的？拉低你們酒店的檔次。
到前台的時候，美女前台在煲電話粥，我等着掛了電話，什麼也不問，人家上來直接要身份證，然後對酒店什麼也不進行説明，直接給寫了開房密碼的紙條，直接告訴我房號讓我們自己開車去找，但是大晚上的，路上太黑了又看不見，美女前台讓自己看地圖自己找。這種美女前台知不知道自己坐在櫃枱裏面是幹啥的？ 我想了解是怎麼招聘進去的？
最奇葩的是第二天的早飯，因為衹有我們住，所以都沒有準備早餐，到了8點到了，男服務員留下一句，等着吧！之後等了半個小時給我們端來了清湯麪和鹹菜。 38元一位的早餐就是這標準？ 服務員説是因為我們的5人豪華套間衹有2個人的早餐，其他人要另付錢，大不了就再多付2個人的錢吃早餐，弄的跟打發要飯似的。連個荷包蛋都捨不得給，就端着清湯寡水的麪條和鹹菜來了。
我們坐着等吃早飯的時候，前一天晚上的那個閃瞎的甲片的美女前台，脱了鞋把腳蹬在桌上聊天玩手機，這麼知名旅遊景點內的酒店，他們那個服務中心是真的沒有服務可言！

去沙漠玩也需要來回開車，並不能步行直達，房車體驗而已沒有舒適度可言，廁所衞生間非常非常小，站不開。就是最近的快捷酒店落腳點，早餐30多的，簡單。晚上點餐衹有炒菜，價格比外面貴一倍，味道還可以。我很確定我的充電寶落了，但是聯繫酒店，前台問掃房阿姨説沒有，認倒黴唄。

有個小陽台，能看到整個銀沙灣沙漠，也能看到沙漠落日，住宿環境很新很完善，除了衞生間門無法封住地上的水之外，其他都很不錯。比住在集裝箱和房車舒服多了。此行的驚喜。早餐不咋地，9點還是8:30就結束了。
