The location is fantastic. We found parking nearby for 500 yen per night, from 8 PM to 8 AM, just across the bridge. The hotel amenities include a large, clean, and comfortable public bath. The changing area, vanity, hairdryer, and shower gel provided were all top-notch. We stayed in a triple room, and the room's facilities were excellent. I heard it opened in July 2026, and the booking fee was around 3000 JPY. The refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, flashlight, toilet, bathtub, safe, and even the thoughtfully provided pajamas were all of great quality. There was no noticeable noise despite being right next to the station. A 7-Eleven is on the 1st floor, and the 2nd floor houses the hotel reception and public facilities. They offer self-service luggage storage for two rooms and a business meeting space, which I believe can be rented for free. Most importantly, there's a luggage scale on the 2nd floor, which is very convenient for travelers. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, right in front of Kumamoto Station. The room itself was spacious enough for one person, with a sofa and a desk. Being so close to the supermarket inside Kumamoto Station, I was able to buy local specialties like *basashi* (horse sashimi) and *toriten* (chicken tempura) to enjoy in my room. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor was also great for late-night snacks. The amenities are self-serve from the front desk, and they had a good variety, which was a nice touch. The large public bath was excellent, and the open-air bath (with an open-air ceiling) being a carbonated spring was perfect for soothing away travel fatigue. Enjoying a free carbonated drink after my bath while watching Kumamoto tourism videos was also a pleasant way to relax. Another huge plus was the ability to store my suitcase in a self-locking space both before check-in and after check-out. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kumamoto. A very new and clean hotel with excellent facilities and services. They provide various amenities like toiletries, tea bags, and even face masks. It's super close to Amu Plaza, just across the street. There's also a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, which is convenient for a late-night snack. The public bath is fantastic; I used it almost every day during my stay.

The hotel is brand new, the front desk staff are friendly, and there's a convenience store on the ground floor, which is a huge plus! The rooms are spacious, a significant advantage compared to other hotels in the same category. The large public bath on the tenth floor is also excellent. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Kumamoto.

The breakfast was delicious! The entire building was clean and comfortable. However, the room cleaning was only once every four days (?), so the used towels started piling up. I really wish they would do something about that.

The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from Kumamoto Station. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely stay here. Plus, there's a free hot spring bath on the 10th floor, which is fantastic!

About a 5-minute walk from JR Kumamoto Station. I happened to check in on their opening day, and the service was excellent. There's a newly opened 7-Eleven on the ground floor, and I even got a free coffee upon check-in. The hot spring on the 10th floor was also very relaxing.

The hotel's thoughtful design details are excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower. There's even a magnetic small seat for the elderly, making it safer for them. The toiletries are labeled 1, 2, 3, which makes them easier for seniors to understand. It's really great.
