Comfortable and chill. Nice breakfast. Few minutes to mall and shopping . I love it!

Pillows are a bit flat despite asking the counter for a 2nd pillow. Breakfast is satisfactory & they don't impose eating time. Did not provide luggage stand.

Great location

Location is very good and staff is very nice. She also call to check if she can make a reservation for us at the famous Tonkatsu Restaurant. The room is new and so clean. They also offer the breakfast for free. The atmosphere around hotel is great too.

I enjoyed my staying and they have good breakfast. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good and just next to shopping area. Very recommended!

Good location, convenient for shopping, dinning and entertaining

I am satisfied with my stay. The room was in a good condition but as others have mentioned, you can’t open the window.  The breakfast included is acceptable given the price of the hotel.

1. The cleanliness was good, with no major issues; even under the bed was spotless. 2. The location is excellent. The new town is right next door, and Shimodori is just steps away. Sakuramachi Shopping Mall and the municipal power station are within a few minutes' walk, and Kumamoto Castle is just a short walk away. 3. Check-in and check-out are self-service, but staff are available to assist, so there were no problems. The staff were friendly and helpful. 4. The facilities are slightly lacking, but the place is clean, tidy, comfortable, and convenient, which was sufficient for me.

There was a parking lot next door, which was very convenient. Since it was a weekday, I was able to stay cheaply. The breakfast was a little heavy. It would have been nice if they had a lighter Japanese menu.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel's location is convenient, with Lawson and a shopping street downstairs. However, the water pipes were very noisy, and there were some strange noises, making it difficult to sleep.

Considering the price, it was a great deal. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great, so I'd like to stay again next time.

The location is excellent. They offer a simple, but complimentary breakfast, and it would be fine for a one-night stay if you're passing through, but I booked a single room, and the view was completely blocked, the room was old, and there wasn't even enough space to open my suitcase. Furthermore, the temperature during the day was 24 degrees Celsius, and the central heating system only provided heating. They told me to set it to ventilation mode when it was hot, but the hot air kept blowing in, making it so hot that I couldn't sleep at all. I was so tired that I kept my eyes closed all day. The windows were also difficult to open, which was a bit of a hassle.
