Convenience location which able to walk to Kumamoto Castle, Shopping Street. If park car at hotel car park and do not move out, a day, extra charges imposed beside the daily ¥1,200 parking fees. So, location can walk, don't walk, drive out 😅

The hotel service was quite satisfying. The room's layout was well-designed and felt very convenient. The river view from the window was expansive.

The hotel location is great convenient to travel around and the tram stop just 6 min walk. Room size is good for triple sharing . Bed is comfortable. Room is clean and Comfy .

Clean and comfortable hotel. About a 10–15 minute walk from the tram station. Rooms are tidy, and it’s nice that each floor has a water dispenser for refilling bottles. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We had a pleasant stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Kumamoto Riverside. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Kumamoto Castle, shopping streets, and local restaurants. The riverside setting also provided a nice atmosphere, especially in the evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with the amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room space was a bit limited for travelers with larger luggage. However, everything was well-maintained and functional, so it did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, HOTEL MYSTAYS Kumamoto Riverside offers great value, a convenient location, and reliable service. We would happily stay here again when visiting Kumamoto.

Clean and room is big

Nice little hotel offering views over the river. Staff were very friendly and gave us a map showing local points of interest.

Accidentally booked smoking instead of non smoking so had to put up with the smell for a couple of days, but that is all on me and not the hotel. Location is good and staff is friendly. Good value.

Best breakfast , variant food can choose. Fresh cook and delicious.🚗 Parking 1200 yen from 15-11. If you are late, parking nearby will be cheaper. Calculate yourself😀

The deluxe triple room was much larger than expected, bigger than most, which is perfect for families with kids. The location is super convenient, and the price is very budget-friendly. Highly recommended!

The best value for money I spent in Kumamoto! I booked a twin room with a river view. **Ambiance:** The view is absolutely unbeatable, with two glass walls directly overlooking the river. **Facilities:** I loved the cool gray tones. Everything was very clean, and the facilities were quite new. The twin beds can be pushed together, which is great for families with small children. The toiletries were a DHC set, and the shampoo was incredibly refreshing and made my hair feel fluffy. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and not damp at all.
