Omg, to cansel another hotel and change booking to this was my best decision! A had awesome view! I really enjoyed it during the late evening, check the photo. Breakfast was so good, I never leave dinning area hungry. Lovely! In case the space is full, you can take it to your room. With that view, I wasn't against 😉 Other things like in every other Toyoko inn.

Wall is thin. I could hear people coughed and talked telephone. Bed was not comfortable. Their front staff was too busy and did not smile. However, I enjoyed the good view from window. Also, it is near bus from airport. The facial cleanser was oily and i immediately got pimple.

Very convenient location close to the train station, and it's just a short walk to the A-line tram which takes you directly into the city center! The breakfast caters well to Chinese palates, definitely recommended! Hopefully, they can add some Chinese translations in the future!

This hotel is super close to Kumamoto Station, just a three-minute walk. The room was really clean and had that typical Japanese style. I loved that I could take breakfast back to my room. And they even provided lotion, emulsion, and facial cleanser, which was a nice surprise! Toyoko Inn definitely offers great value for money!

The hotel is right next to Kumamoto Station, about 500 meters away. It's clean and the breakfast is good and quite varied. The best part is how convenient it is to get to the station. One thing to keep in mind when booking hotels in Japan is to check if the price is for one person or two, as it can be different.

The location is great, right next to Kumamoto Station, making it a one-stop solution for transportation, dining, and shopping. The facilities are complete, and the room was larger than expected and very clean. Just a short walk outside, you can catch tram Line A to the city center, which is convenient for visiting Kumamoto Castle and Suizenji Park 🏞.

Great location and comfortable, although a bit dated room. The breakfast was awful tho, I recommend skipping it altogether.

Strategic location with short walking distance for those want to take city tram. Booked 4 rooms as a group but all room at different levels, it will be good if arrange within same level or nearby

The room was small but clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent; Kumamoto Station is right outside the hotel. I recommend trying the tonkatsu and yakiniku at the mall next door. It's very convenient for travel and exploring the surroundings. The only thing to get used to is that breakfast is served in the lobby on the first floor; going downstairs first thing in the morning was a bit of a surprise.

Toyoko Inn Hotel was very conveniently located beside Kumamoto station. 2min walk to Amu Plaza shopping centre and tram station. Room was clean. Inclusive of breakfast every morning. Reception staff was friendly and helpful, assisted to store luggage after check-out.
