Everything was good, except the bed, looks like they put two twin bed and made king bed, while sleeping beds were separating it self clearing a hollow in middle. Other than that place is excellent so quiet and calm.

A 5 star location and a nice and peaceful resort, but I wouldn't say it is a 5 star resort, more like 3-4 stars and you're paying for the location rather than the resort. The rooms are large and spacious but are in need of an upgeade.The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant needs more organisation though. There are lots of staff but many of them are just standing around and it took nearly an hour for us to get an order of tandoori roti.

Traveled with my wife. We booked premium villa with private pool.Good location and vibe. Property is very calm, soothing and full of greenery. Staff is very polite, professional and hard working. Everyone tried to provide their best hospitality and make us feel comfortable. Thanks to the chef for providing good veg options and for Kerala Sadhya on request. The villas are surrounded with lush green plants and trees for maximum privacy and vibe and look. Private Pool:—- It was located at the back of the villa with good privacy. It was of decent size with maximum of approx 3 meters depth and to just enjoy being in water or to swim for just 3-4-5 strokes and will give you a good vibe and not too big for real swimming.. for that they have huge common pool, please use that. The view from our pool was awesome.. we can see the beautiful Vembanad lake in front of us. I hardly saw any staff coming near the pool and also in the lake few private shikara or house boat may pass by but that too from a good distance. I spent daily 2-3 hrs inside our private pool. They have lush green surrounding the pool area which is at the back of the villa which I feel is very nice as pools at the entrance of Vila will always have people passing by it. Room:— Big room with big cot and good bedding and with attached big bathroom. Few things for property management —- 1. It will be great if the management mention the exact length, breadth and depth of the pool while room selection. 2. Though the private pool was clean but if possible try to change the pool water instead of just filtering it. Although filtering doesn’t create any problem but changing the water will physicologically help to enjoy more for people like me. Will definitely refer this property to my family and friends and also will definitely prefer for our next visit.

Location was just breathtaking ...room choice was just amazing as could see the lagoon from the pool. Food and service was certainly 5 star..had the best prawns ever. Only missed a mosquito repellent as the chaps here are huge and fly with a blood sucking pipe.

It was a great stay at Nirmaya. Food and hospitality was excellent. Loved our waterfront villa.

Location - Good. Was clam and pleasant. We can see waterfalls from our room. Value- Good. The hotel rate was slightly high,however a small discount was obtained through direct booking. Service- Staff was helpful and cooperative. Room was well cleaned.

One of the most fabulous properties located in Kumarakom. Everything about this place is absolutely top notch. They have a totally committed set of people working on all friends, whether it is sales/reception/ food//servers/the Ayurvedic spa set up or anything else. Would want to make a special mention of spa under Dr Aishwarya and her team and special reference should be made about Adarsh who is an absolutely top class masseur. Food available in the restaurant can’t be better. And there are the top class people attending to customers in the restaurant and I need to make special mention of Smitha and her team. Highly recommended.

A great trip, a really tranquil area with too notch food served by very caring and attentive staff Naibeesh and athul in the restaurant really looked after us and stay here turned into a real treat
