Green Fields Kumarakom

Only had one night but room was very spacious with working air con on a very hot night. The staff were polite and friendly and whilst we were in the pool one of the workers offered to get us a couple of pool towels. The pool was clean and very inviting temperature. There is a really nice raised area to sit above the pool which had a slight breeze. The food in the restaurant was not that great but as nothing was really close by and we had no transport this was really only option.

Had just one night here on an Intrepid Tour of South India. A lovely modern hotel with good rooms and restaurant. Pleasant staff too. There is also a nice swimming pool etc. What makes this hotel is its suburb setting overlooking paddy fields. There is a delightful raised outlook area to sit, have a refreshing drink, chill overlooking the fields/water and to watch the birds etc. etc. You can also do a great local walk around the river/water. Definitely recommended.

Ideally located and excellent service by the staff. Mr. Nibin the manager was very attentive, very helpful and friendly. It's ideal for group get-togethers and families. House boat ride was arranged by Mr. Nibin which was excellent. There is a very good massage place tied to this resort, worth it!

This hotel delivers value for money. The whole staff seems to be well trained to listen to the guests and comply with care on any request. Food was good, we had breakfast, snack and dinner during our stay. Special mention to Mr Nibin for arranging boat rides, short and long distance travel and Ayurvedic treatment while we were here. Thank you so much for making our trip extra special.

Excellent service from nibin from the resort..he has been very helpful and the service was fantastic. I had come with elderly people and he helped and guided me I didn't have to google things there..really stress free..overall the hotel is great value for the money

This peaceful hotel is positioned in a quiet spot overlooking paddy fields. Its outdoor area offered a wonderful raised platform which is a great place to drink a cold beer and watch the sun set. There is also a well kept pool and fitness room. My room was spacious and clean with an outside balcony. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and there was a powerful shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet offered a limited range of options but the freshly cooked eggs and a pot of tea set me up well for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay here again.
