Rooms were good and clean. Food quality not so good. Needs improvement in certain areas

Worst experience in my life staying in any resort this was a horrible experience booked for 2 days but stayed for 1 day only and 1 day rent given to them as charity to do the cleanliness of resort room is full of lizards and bathtub u can c the earthworm also restaurant is open to all I think even the crows Flys and cleans the plates

We stayed here for three nights on our four week tour of Southern India. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and picture perfect. Special thanks to Raymond and team for ensuring the stay is pleasant. In-house restaurant serves excellent food. The soups and fish curry rice. They also arrange cabs for nearby sightseeing at a reasonable price. The location, the rooms, the lush green lawn and the colorful flowers will take you back in time. The hospitality was just top notch. We felt very safe during our stay. Ayurvadic Kerala massage was very relaxing and + kudos to the therapist. I am glad I stayed at Cocobay with such warm hospitality and that I was able to add my name to the amazing list of guests this Hotel has seen. Thank you for providing me with this experience! Definitely recommend this place for a relaxed holiday and will be our first choice in the future visits.

We had a great stay at Cocobay. The hotel and rooms were characterful and clean. The ambience was quiet and relaxing and the view being right in the lake is amazing. Arriving at the hotel carpark we were shown to a small boat and were carried ***** to the hotel which was a nice way to arrive. The food was really good and staff were helpful, friendly, and spoke great English as well as other languages.

Our family of 5 (including 2 senior citizens and a 7 yr old) visited this resort in Kumarakom for a quick 2 day visit in October . When we reached the parking lot I was in for a shock and felt cheated because the place looked so different from the actual pictures . As soon as I called the reception to reconfirm my location, they sent a person who ushered us to a small roadside canal and took us in a small boat (vanji as it called colloquially). The short 2 min drive changed my first impression drastically. The boat ride to the resort was so serene that it brought in an instant sense of calmness . The resort staff greeted us sweetly and the entire resort was a treat to our eyes. The resort is made thoughtfully and is surrounded by greenery and water . You can sit for hours on the bench in front of the Vembanad lake watching it and that too without worrying about the coconuts falling on your head (Yes! They have taken additional care to add sheets around the tree to prevent coconuts from falling down too :) ). The restaurant inside this resort serves yummy food but costs a bomb. However there are other food options we can explore outside. The extremely friendly staff ***** with the overall ambience definitely makes this place worth a visit

A very comfortable stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Chef Pradeep looked after my wife's food allergies, many many thanks to him. The swimming pool and the view of the lake were mesmerizing. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended
