Best resort and best customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Can’t stop loving this hotel and the vibes it gives. Can’t stop recommending enough.

The most exceptional resort with Ayurvedic tradition and treatment as well. From booking till the final departure, the teams at various levels has looked after me. Even before I could recognise they tended to my needs. Forever smiling, professional, super efficient. So clean, nature friendly, gorgeous aromas, therapies & cuisine. I must acknowledge Arun. Great with pottery and helps everyone make some good handicrafts. He is very talented, polite and added good value to the stay. Kavi made the sunset cruise memorable. Brilliant personality and photographer. Yoga instructor was the best start to each morning. Dr Benny’s calm guidance and therapist Saranya, Justy. Front desk-all amazing folk (bipin, cilla, Gloria, Dhanush, Sapna). Chef Sinjobi with his great team and also Akash, sushma, prakash, Tony. Finally Mr Rahul & Mr Sajeesh. Above goes to say how wonderful it has been. Highly recommend it. My best at the Heritage villa with meandering pool. House coffee ground beans and the gorgeous house Bayan leaf merlot!

5/5 This is the only place I have stayed in the entire world where I could not fault a single aspect of my stay. Perfection plus. Staff were amazing, location spectacular and the buildings and infrastructure was very authentic and added to entire experience

Rustic back water resort, enjoyed the theme. We stayed 3 nights in 3 meandering pool villas. The villas were comfortable with good facilities and direct access to the longest pool i have ever been. Very friendly staff. Faiyz and Ancy in the restaurant were exceptional, Faiyz made sure we were well taken care off, excellent hospitality. Kavi made sure all our photos were taken, he is a professional photographer indeed, the pottery artist Arun was really good in teaching to make pottery, my family enjoyed his workshop. The front desk staff were excellent in answering all our questions, Vishnu worked really hard to make sure all our luggage were taken care even before we had to ask. Faisal was our butler in the houseboat, he was excellent and took care of all our needs. To end all well, front office manager Mr Rahul and general manager Mr Sajeesh came out introduced themselves and stayed with us until our cab left the property- what an experience, these people are busy running this beautiful property, yet they made sure we were looked after personally that this kind of service you dont find these days even in 4 or 5 diamond hotels. The resort had Excellent facilities that all could enjoy, the backwater and landscapes are unreal, but it is the staff that made the stay memorable- kudos to team at KLR.

Had an amazing stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort! The property is absolutely beautiful with a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and peaceful vibes. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and gave a truly relaxing and heritage experience. What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Arun and Aleena for making our experience unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal attention truly stood out and made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. The whole experience was peaceful. The staff were all extremely kind, and were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. They promptly responded to our queries/complaints. One of us is vegan, and they readily accommodated us. Specifically Mr Kavi, who hosted the sunset cruise. He kept us entertained with his photography skills. Despite being open for several years, the property is well maintained and has multiple activities that keep the resort bustling with energy. The rooms were cozy and beautifully curated, and both demographics; the ones who enjoy an aesthetic stay, as well as those who prefer comfort. It’s apparent that the resort is determined in providing a memorable stay to it’s guests and also values quality, from the way the feedback is taken with grace and actually worked upon.

Our stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort was nothing short of amazing. The resort offers a truly beautiful heritage experience, blending traditional Kerala charm with outstanding hospitality in such a peaceful setting. A big shoutout to Kavi, who provided amazing phone photography for all the guests and made so many special moments even more memorable. Special thanks as well to Athul for taking such great care of my dad when he wasn’t feeling too well, your kindness and attentiveness were deeply appreciated. And heartfelt thanks to Ancy, Gloria, Sapna, and Krishna for always being so patient, caring, and welcoming with a smile. The warmth and genuine hospitality from the team made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Kerala experience.

A truly stunning resort with a great variety of activities to get involved in. Food at both restaurants was amazing but the highlight of our stay was the brilliant level of service we received from the staff. They are all so friendly, courteous and regularly go out of their way to make sure that the guests are well looked after. Special mention goes to Faiz, Ancy, Tom, Basil and all the staff at Vembanad Seafood Bar. Could not recommend Kumarakom Lake Resort highly enough, thank you for a lovely stay!
