Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

Our stay at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa was truly a wonderful family getaway and, honestly, felt like a little piece of relaxation heaven. From the beautiful surroundings to the peaceful atmosphere, it was the perfect place to slow down, spend quality time together, and simply enjoy being with the family. What made our stay even more special was how thoughtful the staff were. They surprised us with a birthday cake for our youngest son, which was such a lovely gesture and made his birthday even more memorable. It was those small personal touches that really stood out to us. We were also lucky to experience something very special during our stay. As part of the India Independence Day celebrations, we took part in the flag ceremony. Being able to experience this with the family made the trip even more meaningful and gave us a memorable glimpse into the spirit of the celebration. Overall, Gokulam Grand was exactly what we needed, peaceful, relaxing, family-friendly, and full of little moments that we will remember. A great place to escape from the busy routine and enjoy some quality family time. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

One of the best resort we have ever been to. Atmosphere here is very pleasant and clam where you feel like your mind getting better. Staff is best highlight over here. We will definitely come back next year.

Apart from the scenery, world class food, exceptional accommodation and beautiful ambience, the part that made the biggest difference were the staff members. Each and everyone one stopped to say “hello have a great day” and treated us like premium guests. Gokulam is God’s gift to Kerala and must go for anyone looking for a break from monotony and homely service. 10/10
