We stayed at The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel, Lonavala for 2 nights. We were 2 adults 2 kids & booked their Premium Hazel Suite which was luxurious yet Eco friendly with a massive bed, sofa, all essential amenities, clean bathroom, bathtub & a balcony. Their restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience with cosy indoor seating area , delicious food, full bar access & we tried Chinese for lunch and the spring rolls, Manchurian gravy and fried rice ***** with peach ice tea and fresh lime water which was really good. Their swimming pool is huge and divided into 2 parts - one for kids and one for adults. Dinner buffet & breakfast buffet had ample varieties for all age groups. Their indoor play area has kids zone for young kids and pool table, carrom, air hockey for adults. They also have a compact gym to work out and Escenza spa to pamper yourself and your loved ones. All in all our stay at The Fern Lonavala was delightful

The stay was amazing. The rooms were clean and service was prompt as you expect. We had buffet for breakfast and dinner was good spread and options. Hi Tea in the evening was ok could be better. Ample parking space. Had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing place, amazing location and good+service Club rooms have a good view of the hills Breakfast Lunch and Dinner menu with a good variety of food. Property is 15 mins away from the main city and in a quite location Must visit for couple friends and family experience

I recently stayed for a night at The Fern Hotel and had a wonderful experience. I’d especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the receptionist, Kusum. She was incredibly helpful, courteous, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. The best hotel in town The staff was friendly and nice well behaved Especially the tall guy who suggested for buffet dinner don’t know his name was great person Room were very clean and well maintained the swimsuit pool and jacuzzi were kept very clean also pool side staff was very friendly The food was very good especially the panini veg with cheese Breakfast and dinner buffet had lot of variety especially for vegetarians

The fern lonavala had a great stsy with my childerns pool was very nice but food needs to be improve check and check out was smoth reception staff Ms.kusum Ms.Neha was very helpfullwe will soon vist soon with my friends and main its very nices for couple also love the stay

Good stay with very nice view. The staff was polite . Breakfast serve was good. The quality of food was amazing. We were given Mountain View suit and it was amazing . Great going team The Fern! I wish you all very best and keep doing what you are doing .

We had a very nice saty with the fern lonaval food is Excellent play room is very kids friendl we all enjoyed a lot at reception early check in and check was smoth Ms.kusum and Ms.samariya Ms Neha was good support at reception desk all the solution are there with them we will soon visit soon
