Great location, excellent customer service! The only issues were that the AC didn't seem to work too well(I think it was being regulated since it's colder outside), and the pillows were hard. I'd actually go back, though

The hotel is a little far from the train station especially if you need to bring luggage as well and the path to the hotel is a little rugged.
Probably similiar to others of the same grade and room especially toilet is very small so only space to put small luggage. Having said that room is well equipped with what most travellers need except no bottled water. Service / front desk staff speaks ok English.

The receptionists are good in communicating in English and very helpful. We got all what we need in the room including the toiletries and the pair of pajamas. It’s also near 7Eleven and restaurants.
