Overall experience was very comfortable! The counter lady is very helpful! There‘s a laundry room and when my clothes were still washing, she help me looked after it and unload it so I could eat my takeoutat the dining room without having to wait for my clothes to get done. They even provided sewing kits just when I needed to fix my jacket! The room is very cleanand we slept really well. It is just next to the local market place where you could get varieties of breakfast too.

The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet at night. At first, because I arrived late, the room type I originally booked was no longer available, so I got a free upgrade. The service was very good, and the attitude was also very good. I forgot to take my things when I checked out because I was in a hurry. After contacting me later, The hotel sent it to my home. It was a very nice experience. Full marks. I wish you a prosperous business and a lot of money. 😊

The price of the hotel is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It takes half an hour by subway from the airport to Tangzi Lane and a few minutes' walk to the hotel. The rooms are cozy with windows, and the cups are clean and hygienic with dustproof films. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. The service is excellent. The location is convenient, close to the train station, and you can take a bus to Kunming Old Street. In the evening, you can stroll around Shuangqiao Night Market. There is also a forest park and supermarket next to the hotel, making shopping and walking very convenient.

The hotel has its own laundry room with washing machines and dryers, so you can wear your clothes straight after drying, which is super convenient. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the room facilities are complete and smart, with a恆温馬桶 (thermostatic toilet) that's comfortable and convenient. The transportation is very convenient, just a five-minute walk to the subway station. A pleasant surprise was the self-service coffee machine; a cup of fragrant coffee is great for tired travelers. Even more thoughtful, there was also a warm and healthy herbal tea next to the coffee machine. Thumbs up, highly recommend staying here!

The service staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Complimentary washing machines and dryers are available, which is a great plus. While the in-room hairdryer was a bit weak, you could easily borrow a stronger one from the front desk. For subway access, the closest F exit involves a flight of stairs. The B exit across the street has an escalator, but you'd still need to cross a road and walk about 20-30 meters, and unfortunately, it was under maintenance during our stay. On the upside, a bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel, and plenty of shared bikes are available downstairs, making it extremely convenient for exploring Kunming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're not carrying a lot of luggage! (P.S. The pineapple beef croissant I ordered via delivery, shown in photo 1, was absolutely delicious!) There's also a large shopping mall directly opposite. BA, located on the mall's basement level (B1), offers incredibly delicious flower bagels. And on either the fourth or fifth floor, there's a fantastic rice noodle restaurant that was already packed at 11 AM, serving truly delicious food.

The room had extremely poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear phone calls and videos from the next door. The street noise was also a problem; opening the window was too loud, but keeping it closed made the room feel stuffy. Cleanliness was just mediocre, and the bathroom had a foul, urine-like smell. Amenities were subpar. The lighting was far too dim; not only were there very few lights, but several were also broken. All the functional lights were dim, warm-toned, making the main room even darker than the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone needing to work or read. At over 200 RMB, the price isn't cheap either. Its only advantage is its close proximity to the high-speed train station.
