LIRIDE RED HOTEL

The hotel's facade is not very grand, and it's a bit inconvenient for taxis to pick up or drop off right outside. However, the service is very attentive; they even gave us a small gift upon arrival and departure. The facilities are all good, though the room was a bit small, and the red and black color scheme felt a little oppressive. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant view was excellent. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Extremely satisfied! The room facilities are excellent and very clean. The location is superb, just a little over a hundred meters walk to Cuihu Park, which is perfect for travelers with parents or children. When we checked out, we accidentally left an important bank card wallet in the room. The hotel staff contacted us immediately and went out of their way to get it back to us – we're truly grateful! Also, the late-night noodles at the hotel were a big hit with the kids.

The hotel service was excellent; the lobby staff were very welcoming and always ready to assist. The room was clean and tidy, with a great view overlooking Cuihu Lake. Breakfast was also very generous, and the special rice noodles were delicious.

Before coming to Kunming, I compared many hotels and had initially booked another one, but I changed it to this hotel at the last minute the day before check-in. On the day of arrival, my flight landed early, so I reached the hotel around 10:00 AM. The front desk was very considerate and helped us check into a room that had been cleaned early! It's also super convenient for exploring nearby attractions; Cuihu Lake, Wenlin Street, Huangongdong Street, and Yunnan University are all within walking distance. Plus, downstairs there are restaurants, snack bars, coffee shops, fruit stores, and even hair salons – it couldn't be more convenient! As for the hotel facilities and service, on the first day, the front desk lady gave us some delicious fresh flower cakes. The hotel room was clean, breakfast was good, and there was even a late-night snack service. The restaurant on the 19th floor has great views, and on the 20th floor, there's a swimming pool terrace with a fantastic view. If it hadn't been a bit cold at night, I definitely would have gone for a swim. When we left on the third day, they even gave us a souvenir – the service was truly excellent! Oh, and I was initially worried about the soundproofing, but after 10 PM, most of the shops downstairs close and traffic lessens, so it was very quiet at night for sleeping! So I'm more than happy to give a good review, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit!

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Cuihu Lake and Nanping Street. Crucially, it's not noisy at all. The room facilities are well-equipped. It's a shame I missed breakfast on the second day and the complimentary late-night snack – I'll have to try them next time. The flower cake given at check-in was delicious, a true Yunnan specialty. The only drawback was that the pillows in the room were too high, leaving my neck uncomfortable the next day. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I could easily contact the concierge whenever I needed anything. Getting around by taxi was super convenient, and it's really close to Cuihu Lake and the old streets.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Cuihu Park and about a 20-minute walk from Kunming Old Street. The service was efficient and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. However, the layout of the family room wasn't very practical; the space for the sofa bed was too small. Once the sofa bed was pulled out, it was inconvenient to access the bathroom. Additionally, the sofa and carpet in the room looked a bit unclean.
