Wonderful house in a secure estate. Mr Hou was very hospitable. We had a homemade breakfast. Decor and cleanliness 👍🏻 too bad we only stayed 1 night. Would be good for long stay. Surrounding area is better than the old street. Wide roads and many food choices.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay villa in Kunming. The housekeeping service was truly exceptional — he took care of everything for us and was always available whenever we needed help. His hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa is located in a beautiful and upscale community, offering both comfort and a great environment. This trip was definitely worth it! We had a wonderful experience. The maid was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast she made was super mouth-watering. There was even a front and back garden filled with beautiful flowers. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and come with some beautiful decorations! As for the bedroom, the beds are big and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

Very beautiful, clean and cosy homestay. Our family of 5 occupied the 3 rooms on 2nd floor - it was really comfortable. The housekeeper was responsive and accommodated our requests. Breakfast was good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to everyone 😀

The host was very efficient and helpful. Made our stay in Kunming such a pleasant experience. She gave good recommendations on places to eat, travel options, etc. Breakfast was lavish. We had assorted fruits, fresh milk and good coffee.

We stayed here for two days in a row and it was so comfortable. The flight was delayed on the day we arrived, but the housekeeper was waiting for us at the B&B, helping us with our luggage and constantly telling us that it was like being at home here and that we could tell her anytime if we needed anything. The entire B&B is like a luxurious villa, with exquisite, tasteful, and aesthetically pleasing decoration.

Many villas have been converted into homestays. The room we stayed in was on the second floor of the villa. The whole villa has three floors, more than 400 square meters, and four rooms. The house is very clean. There are three rooms on the second floor and one room on the third floor. Each room is decorated very distinctively. 4️⃣On weekends, the nearby roads become one-way streets. Because I didn't follow the route given by the housekeeper to enter the community, I finally parked in a parking lot. The housekeeper came to help drive into the community as soon as possible. The service was warm and thoughtful. 5️⃣The accommodation includes breakfast. The housekeeper will take the initiative to ask what you like to eat. There are many things prepared, and the taste is OK.

The room is clean and tidy, elegantly decorated, and in a very good location. The Haigeng Dam is just outside the door, and there are many local restaurants nearby. The hostess's service is superb, and the breakfast is rich and delicious, changing every day. The overall environment is very good, and it is worth staying!

The breakfast was very rich, and the housekeeper even prepared glutinous rice balls for the Lantern Festival. The sanitation and environment were very good, and it was close to the Dianchi Dam, so it was convenient to watch the seagulls. The flight was in the afternoon, and the child was still doing homework on the first floor

You can stay at this hotel when you come to Kunming. The service is very good and welcoming. The food is delicious and the environment is clean. The proprietress waited for us until nine o'clock on the night we checked in and made dinner for us. My son said the noodles were delicious when he was sleeping. By the way, it is super quiet and I slept very well~
