Choosing this accommodation for our trip to Kunming was an absolute win! I stayed here for 5 days with my mom and two kids, and honestly, we didn't want to leave. After a tiring day out, all you want to do is come back to a comfy place and relax. 😴 This guesthouse has super high overall ratings, and I can see why – it truly met the needs of everyone, from young to old, and offered fantastic value for money. 1. **Location first**: It's really close to Donghua Farmers Market and the subway station (we went to the market almost every day to shop, haha, super convenient!). There's also a shopping mall nearby (Xinying Xincheng) if you have time to explore. The guesthouse is in a very clean building with secure access downstairs. Plus, there are convenience stores and restaurants right below. 2. **Design & Amenities**: The guesthouse has a minimalist, youthful, and trendy design, which young people love, and older folks find comfortable too. All the facilities are brand new, clean, and tidy (we tried them all, and they work great, haha, spotless!). The dual-screen projector was a big hit with the kids. Inside, there's a fridge (perfect for the milk we bought), a microwave, a washing machine, a hairdryer (with hot and cold settings), and air conditioning. 3. **Service**: The host is warm and communicative, and there are lots of thoughtful little tips and notes around the room. The cleaning lady comes daily. [Victory emoji] Overall, as my mom put it, "This place is great, next time we come to Kunming, we're staying here again!" [Wow emoji] Hahahaha. #

The cream-style loft is absolutely stunning, super clean throughout, and the arched design is perfect for photos. The giant projector creates an amazing atmosphere for binge-watching, and the comfortable bedding ensures a great night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and microwave. The customer service representative was quick to respond. The value for money is incredible, highly recommend!

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Yunnan, 100% recommend! The room is very spacious with a magnificent view. We had a very comfortable stay, both adults and children loved it.
