The room was clean, the air conditioning was warm, and the bedding was excellent. They prepared a small card and gifts for our child, which they absolutely loved. The airport transfer was prompt, and the driver was enthusiastic and helped us with our large suitcases. What truly touched us was that they packed four breakfast meals for us at 4 AM. I've already recommended this place to my friends.

About 5 km from the airport with free shuttle service. There are some small shops downstairs for convenient dining. I redeemed breakfast with points, and the variety was quite comprehensive, including both Chinese and Western options. It offers good value for money.

This hotel is great, and the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I've stayed here many times when transiting through Kunming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall experience is very pleasant.

The room is clean and good for kids . Service is great .The hotel is 15 mins drive from airport but our driver cannot drive to the hotel in front. The area is barricade and car is only able to stop at the road side and if you need to roll your bags inside . Near the hotel downstairs lots of convenient stores .. and bakery

They offer a 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. All you have to do is contact the hotel in advance, then call them again after you've picked up your luggage at the airport. The bus will be waiting right outside – super convenient! The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly welcoming and had a fantastic attitude. They even provided fresh flower pastries and fruit, and breakfast in the morning. The room environment was decent too. The hotel is very close to the airport, making it a really convenient stay. Highly recommend for anyone catching a flight.

24-hour private airport transfer service: As soon as we exited the airport, the driver picked us up quickly. The hotel environment is excellent and very quiet, perfect for catching up on sleep before a flight. The breakfast was also very rich, and the freshly cooked rice noodles were delicious.

An excellent hotel with great service and amenities. Touched down Kunming airport at 2am. Was able to reach the hotel front desk immediately to organize airport transfer. Despite the early hour, the staff were all approach and friendly. The room was so adorable, clean and well designed with complete and sensible amenities in place. Breakfast spread was reasonably ample. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was the best value-for-money place on our trip. Even though we only stayed one night as a transit stop, it was definitely the cleanest.

The service attitude was excellent, and the room facilities were complete. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. They offer 24-hour private car pickup and drop-off service to and from the airport, and even gave a welcome gift. It felt just like visiting relatives, it was so good! I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

Facilities: As a new hotel, the facilities and decor are quite new and modern. Hygiene: The cleanliness is pretty good, basically up to industry-leading standards. Environment: It's quite close to the airport, about a ten-minute drive. The hotel is on a higher floor, offering good views. The surrounding area is commercial with plenty of places to eat, play, and shop. It's fully equipped and very convenient. Service: The service is very thoughtful. They gave us a small gift upon arrival, and since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, they also gave us many mooncakes, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again if I pass through the area. There were also many toys for children in the room.
