The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kunming Railway Station, with Wanda Plaza nearby – super convenient! It's perfect for a stopover in Kunming before traveling to other cities in Yunnan. **Facilities:** Well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** Clean and hygienic. **Environment:** The environment is great, and the decor is beautiful; the marble finish really appealed to me! **Service:** Warm and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, refined, and plentiful!

I brought my mom and sister to Kunming, and I'm so glad we chose the Mandarin Oriental. The front desk girl, Su Ai (such a lovely name!), was very enthusiastic and patient. My mom asked her about some cultural aspects of Yunnan, and she patiently explained everything to her. She's really great! We had a 7 PM flight, and considering my mom's age, she even helped me arrange a late check-out, which I'm truly grateful for. Kunming is a beautiful city, and because of the wonderful people and friends we've met, we've visited several times. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotless, and all the staff are very warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is also good. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel's location is great, and the cleanliness is excellent. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who were very thorough and thoughtful. On the other hand, the front desk service was quite disappointing; they definitely need better training for their reception staff.

Huge thanks for the upgrade to an Executive room! There were bath towels and a non-slip mat in the room, but I couldn't find a floor towel. Despite that minor issue, Mod (don't know their full name but they deserve a shout-out!) helped me retrieve my forgotten power bank on checkout day. They were professional, calm, and friendly.

The front desk guy is super nice! I stayed here for a night a few days ago while transferring through Lijiang, and now I'm back again. The front desk upgraded my room and even gave me some fruit! If you're coming to Kunming, definitely stay here!

The service was attentive and thorough. The breakfast spread was ample, and the large TV with screen mirroring was a nice touch. However, for seniors or those who prefer convenience, you absolutely need to take a taxi to get around, as it's quite far from the subway station, making transportation not very convenient. The minibar is chargeable, but a lovely staff member helped me get one free, and they also provided fruit and snacks, which was very thoughtful. What left the biggest impression was the incredibly strong water pressure in the shower – it was super comfortable.

The hotel overall is decent, a bit of an older five-star, and it's been around for a while. The breakfast was very good, didn't try other meals since there's so much good food to explore in Kunming. It's right next to Wanda Plaza, which is super convenient. The photos are from when the Rui band was performing right outside Wanda.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

This was my second stay recently, and it happened to be my birthday. They said they'd upgrade my room, but it felt exactly the same as my last visit, so I'm a bit confused. However, the service is still great, and the room quality is consistently good. I'll still give it a positive review.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The service was excellent; they proactively informed us about any issues via WeChat. Everything we needed was prepared in advance, and they even provided complimentary fruit. We also received a free upgrade to a higher floor, which had great natural light. We slept very comfortably. It's very close to the train station, making it convenient to go anywhere. Plus, there's a shopping mall right next door, so dining options are plentiful. I'd definitely return to Wanda Culture next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The 6th-floor pool is great, and the kids loved it. Anna, the lobby manager, provided excellent service, recommending Yunnan tourist attractions to us. The Ethnic Village is perfect for families with children. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to friends.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and genuine smile from front desk staff member Xiao Zhu and the efficient check-in process instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The concierge not only proactively helped carry my luggage to the room but also thoughtfully explained all of the hotel's facilities. This meticulous care truly made us feel the warmth of a 'home away from home.' It genuinely felt like a home away from home, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
