接機服務特別不好，讓我到三號出口等着説八分鐘到，結果等了半個小時都不見車，在外面一直吹風。酒店服務更不好，接機的把我們送到一個岔路口讓我們自己拎着行李下去，導航走了兩百米才到酒店，酒店老闆出去逛了，等了十多分鐘才來，衞生間洗漱台全是頭髮絲，打沒打掃也不知道。攜程上面給的服務是可以住到16點，結果才13點多店家就來趕人。本來想着到的晚多睡一下，正吃着午飯就來趕人真的很難受。避雷避雷。

入住時前台提醒天氣冷，預訂的無空調房間晚上冷，建議我加點錢換個有空調的，掃碼付款後，下午五點左右發現房間沒有空調遙控器，去前台拿了之後，温度調的很高，結果不運行，太冷了就給前台打電話，結果説是制熱温度調到20左右才運行，照做了，結果一會兒顯示H4，不制熱，我就重啟了好幾次都不行，一直到九點多，還是不制熱，就下去找前台説想換個房間，結果，前台一箇中年男人，很不情願，説“不冷不熱就行了，你還想咋樣”，我説空調可能壞了，他就跟着上去看了，非説我開了製冷，我説，那你現在給我開制熱，要是它能正常出熱風，我就承認我的問題，結果，他折騰半天，也調不好，還一直強調是我自己開錯了，用方言説，大概意思就是我很煩人，我是單獨加錢開的空調啊，你設施有問題，還不耐煩了，最後前台和他一起發完脾氣也沒給我換房間，説是給我把空調錢退了。讓我早點休息，反正我要很早起來趕飛機，也沒幾個小時了！

好評，好評，平時很少評價，到昆明是凌晨二點了，聯繫了酒店，老闆就來接機了，因為兩個女生訂的大床房，老闆很貼心安排了兩張床房，礦泉水也沒有收費，因為白天要去地鐵站，老闆開車送到了地鐵站，服務超級超級好，第一次來昆明，感受昆明人民的善良 熱情，祝老闆生意興隆 財源廣進。

真真嚇到了，衞生間淋浴花灑頭是壞的，水龍頭是壞的，網絡不好用，電視看不了，酒店在一個狹窄的巷子裏，店家一家人孩子吵鬧到很晚，早早就有人在走廊裏大喊，説好送機時間，提前15分鐘就要求離開，沒有下次了。
