Excellent customer services by the receptionists and speedy response to my request. Superb location as walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian area where one can find restaurants, stores plus department stores. Nearby is also a park beside Panlong Jiang river whereby one can view birds.

(Reception, House Keeper, Breakfast Staff) I love everything in this hotel.🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 - Clean room⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - The towel is very soft.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I stay at 515 room, it's very good view. Panorama city view, you can see the clear moon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Before I stay at 505 room. it' good, but weter remote in restroom can't use.⭐⭐⭐ - Breakfast is good. Several menu, rice, vegetable, ซาลาเปา, rice boiled, noodle, bakery, coffee, milk, Yogert, fruit. All it ok for breakfast. I'm fill.😊🩷 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ---- สำหรับคนไทย คนไทยมาพักที่นี่เลยค่ะ ตอนเรามาคนไทยมาพักเยอะอยู่ หลังโรงแรมมีร้าน miniso กับ Thai Town มาเดินเล่น ถ่ายรูป นั่งกินปิ้งย่างได้ เดินจากโรงแรมไปประมาณ 600 กว่าเมตร เดินไปทางข้างหลังโรงแรมนะคะ สามารถทะลุไป ถนน Huanggong East Street (黄公东街) ได้ // ออกจากลิฟท์โรงแรม ＞＞ เลี้ยวซ้าย เดินทะลุตึกไปข้างหลัง // เปิด Amap เดินไปได้ // นั่งDiDi ประมาณ 10 หยวน เดินจากโรงแรมไปวัดหวงตงได้ ไกลหน่อย แต่เดินชมวิวไปเรื่อยๆก็โอเคน๊าาา // ออกจากลิฟท์โรงแรม หันมาทางขวาตรงถนนที่มีป้ายรถเมล์ // แล้วเดินไปทางซ้าย จะเจอร้าน uniqlo ＞＞ แล้วก็เดินไปเรื่อยๆเลยค่ะ เปิด Amap ไป เดินจากโรงแรมไปประตูม้าทองได้ ออกจากลิฟห์โรงแรม ＞＞ หันขวามาที่ถนนที่มีป้ายรถเมล์ ＞＞ แล้วเลี้ยวขวา ＞＞ เจอสี่แยกแล้วเลี้ยวขวาอีกที ＞＞ ระหว่างทาง: ตรงสี่แยกข้างถนนไป จะเจอตึกจีนสีแดงๆถ่ายรูปสวยมากค่ะ ＞＞ ถ่ายรูปเสร็จเดินตรงไป สุดหัวถนนแล้ว ข้ามถนนทางขวามือ ＞＞ เดินไปเรื่อยๆก็เจอประตูม้าทองค่ะ ＞＞ ระหว่างทางก่อนเจอประตูม้าทองจะเจอร้านขนมที่คนต่อที่คิวเยอะๆ เป็นขนมเปี๊ยะกุหลาบอร่อยมากค่ะ

Great location! It's just a few stops from Kunming Railway Station to Dongfeng Square, and then less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel. Namping Old Street is also just over a ten-minute walk away, or a taxi ride for less than ten yuan if you don't feel like walking. The front desk staff were very attentive, offering hot tea as soon as I arrived. The room was stylish, with large windows, giving it a spacious feel.

Traveling with kids, the hotel's children's entertainment facilities were the main bonus. After arriving, we found that not only were these great, but the room size was also very spacious, with clear separation between living and sleeping areas. Plus, the location was excellent. All in all, a very good experience.

Great service from Ms Yang and the hotel reception staff. They are very patient and courteous. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Excellent hotel and cery good location. Would surely stay again.

Great service and location. The staff is very friendly. You can use any transportation to reach the hotel and you can easily to find local food and shopping.

Sorry for the late review. Our (family of 4) stay was in early of November 2025. It was our second stay here (first was last year). Service was still superb as before. Kind and attentive staffs who tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, dryer was not functional on the day we checked in but we noticed it was repaired and running the next day. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The Ibis Hotel Nanping Street offers excellent value for money! The location is super convenient, close to shopping areas, making it easy to grab a bite or shop. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

李容' and 小余s hospitality is incredible awesome. Due to the rain. She has been offering me all the refreshment after checking out whilst I was waiting for the next destination. That really warmed my heart ❤️the location here is super convenient for everywhere. And this is safe and serenity. The room Is very cosy with small window 🪟. I will definitely highly people to come back to this hotel. 感恩有你们的热情与照顾。

Walking distance to popular night market. 10 to 15 mins with taxi. The difficulty is not able to park car or taxi near the hotel. Hotel service is good. BF buffet is good.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Suitable for old folks. There is lift and even with heavy luggage it is not an issue. Just that the entrance is a narrow road and sometime cars cannot come in. Prefer those with big Lobby and car drive away cas a bit difficult for cab driver to locate.
