設施：酒店剛開業一年，設施很新，很乾凈，地下免費停車。
衞生：很新很乾凈，服務人員打掃衞生很認真。
環境：周圍有很多小店，雲南特色雲小娘、樓下的貴州羊肉米線很好吃。
服務：服務特別好，家庭出行，看到我們帶孩子給升級了家庭房。服務態度好，堪比五星級酒店。

酒店位置在一片新開發的社區，高層的房間可以遠遠看到滇池。房間很大，很整潔，雖然靠近高架，但隔音還可以，晚上睡覺基本不受影響。
早餐品種少，也有現做的米線，味道還可以，到第二天就不太想吃了，還是出去市區去吃。

我是入住西雙版納告莊裡麪的杋高酒店後，感覺各方面都很不錯，然後回昆明後又繼續定住了這個酒店，並且一住就是三晚。這是今年新開的酒店，停車場很大，免費停車，雖然是負二層，但是酒店做的標誌箭頭很明顯，順着箭頭指引很好找。我定的是高級雙床房，到酒店後免費升級成語音智能房，早餐也是免費的，健身房和洗衣房24小時開放，很方便，酒店每天還免費送一盒水果。下次再來昆明玩我還會入住這個酒店。

前台小哥哥小姐姐的服務很熱情，有問必答。酒店新開的設施設備都很新，還有機器人送東西。特別是床很軟睡了一個美美的覺！早餐也很豐盛可惜沒拍到照片，我們住的是高樓層風景很好。

房間環境很好，乾淨，寬敞，床品舒適，入住服務也很順利，位置也比較好，總體不錯，美中不足的是早餐太混亂了，可能是接待了旅行團，食物扔的滿地，熱麪區的調料被弄的臟兮兮的，建議把散客和旅行團的早餐分區
