An excellent stay. The hotel's design is superb, the service is thoughtful and attentive, and both brunch and late-night snacks are of high quality. For this price, it's truly great value. It will definitely be my first choice for future stays in Kunming.

Flawless stay! The late-night bites at the lounge were great, and the rooftop pool is super photogenic. The room has a wonderful design aesthetic, great soundproofing, and a soft, comfortable bed. It was overall very spacious. The staff was professional throughout—definitely did not disappoint.

Service: 10/10. Upon check-in, the front desk gave us a box of fresh flowers. At check-out, we received a tea souvenir. The hotel also provided breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. Facilities: 10/10. Smart toilet, hot water available at the sink, and smart curtains. Cleanliness: 10/10. Environment: High-floor room on the 31st floor with excellent views. Hotel Paperman was absolutely perfect in every detail! It's the kind of place where you just need to bring your clothes and you're all set. 🏨 The toiletries were high-quality, and they even provided facial cleansing towels, mouthwash, bath bags, and bath salts for the tub. There wasn't a single item in the room that required extra payment. The service was absolutely fantastic! I was very happy with the room – a high bed with soft pillows, a Marshall speaker, and the view from the 31st floor was stunning. You get to admire the city up close and the beautiful Dianchi Lake in the distance. [Wow] The butler service was incredibly, incredibly amazing! They helped with transfers and luggage, provided clear directions, and responded quickly. The entire hotel environment and room design were completely to my aesthetic taste, I loved it! They even sent a beautiful welcome flower basket. This trip was a bit rushed, and I didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel. Next time, I definitely need to stay for a few more days. I must support this place!!!

PAPMAN isn't just a hotel; it feels more like an art center. Every detail is meticulously thought out, even the heated floor in front of the sink! My daughter, who's a designer, was absolutely amazed. The complimentary breakfast was incredibly generous and much better than the dinner we had from the hot pot. The afternoon tea was also delicious, so much so that I had no room left for a late-night snack. The staff were so attentive they even upgraded us without us asking. Truly thoughtful! I wish them booming business!

The stay was excellent. The bedding was comfortable, and the butler service was superb. Breakfast was served until 1 PM, which was a thoughtful touch for late risers. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the old town city center, so transportation is still quite convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the high-altitude pool is fantastic for photos.

This hotel offers a 100-point experience! The hotel is clearly managed with great thought and care, allowing guests to enjoy a true vacation without even leaving the premises. The facilities are exquisite, featuring Hansgrohe faucets and Duravit sanitary ware and toilets. The shower drains perfectly and has excellent water pressure. The toiletries are good quality, even the disposable toothbrushes are carefully selected, and they thoughtfully provide facial towels and laundry detergent. The towels are thick and don't shed. The room is clean and odor-free. The bedding feels luxurious and the pillows are comfortable. The lighting design and smart zoning are incredibly well-planned. The fresh flowers upon check-in were a lovely touch, as was the complimentary travel photoshoot. The food is delicious! Every breakfast item was tasty, and the late-night snacks were impressive – even the grilled skewers were good. The afternoon tea was also very refined. The hotel's terrace offers a beautiful blue hour ambiance and a spacious, airy feel. The staff are genuinely sincere, professional, and incredibly nice in their attitude and greetings. Their service truly makes you want to praise them, write a detailed review, and motivates you to return for another stay! I wish the brand continued success.
