The room was clean and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. A fantastic stay experience 👍 Especially loved the unlimited bottled water provided in the hallway—such a generous touch. The elevator buttons take a little getting used to, though 🤣

The hotel's location is truly convenient, right in the heart of downtown. Getting around is easy with plenty of great food options all around, and Kunming Old Street is just a few minutes' walk away. The room is on a high floor with a great view, and it's spacious and clean. Overall, the service was prompt and the staff were very friendly. With its prime location, it's ideal whether you're heading back or exploring the city. Overall, a very satisfying stay 👍

I usually choose Marriott hotels when traveling. The Four Points by Sheraton in the city center was an absolute perfection. It's a new property with brand-new facilities, and the staff's service was exceptionally warm and friendly—especially Justin, whose hospitality really made us feel right at home! The location is unbeatable, making it super convenient to get to any of the attractions, with a pedestrian street right downstairs. Even though this was just a quick one-night stopover, I'll definitely be back often and will always choose this Four Points.

Four Points by Sheraton Kunming enjoys a prime location in the heart of the city, right downstairs from Kunming Old Street. With numerous shopping malls nearby, it is exceptionally convenient for shopping and dining out. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, offering easy access to the airport and high-speed railway stations, making it an ideal transit hub. While the guest rooms are a bit compact, they are well-maintained, clean, and fresh. As a Marriott brand, the foundational quality is consistently reliable, making it a great base for a layover in Kunming. Whether you are staying for a short stopover or exploring the city's food and sights, the location is the biggest highlight. Be sure to check out the Shadian Majia Beef Pie shop downstairs, which always has a long queue.

The hotel is right in the city center, making it very convenient to walk to Kunming Old Street and Cuihu Lake. There are also many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It was a great experience for a family vacation with kids, and the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was rich with plenty of choices.

This is my second time in Kunming, and this time I chose to stay near Kunming Old Street for its convenient location. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby until check-in, the staff were proactive in greeting me and helping with my luggage. The young lady who checked me in, I think her name was May, was very thoughtful and even reminded me about hotel points. She also assisted throughout the process when I extended my stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to Old Street, a popular spot for photos with its 'paper-thin' buildings. Cuihu Park is a 30-minute walk away, and there are large shopping malls and snack streets nearby. The price was a bit on the high side, but that's expected during the National Day holiday. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel breakfast was also good.

The room was clean and well-arranged, and the staff were very friendly and proactive in helping with luggage. The hotel is located in a bustling area, right above a food street (the braised chicken across the street was delicious, and there's also a BA nearby). I was a bit worried the hotel might be smoky, but there was no strange smell in the lobby at all, which was great. Jasper provided excellent service, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was clean and tidy with an excellent city view. The service was 5-star; they helped with luggage both to and from the car. Highly recommended! It's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The breakfast was also very rich, a good mix of Chinese and Western options.
