I chose this hotel for my trip to Kunming, and it exceeded my expectations overall. The room was meticulously cleaned, odor-free, and well-ventilated, which was great for high-altitude accommodation. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and visit attractions nearby. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient with check-in and check-out. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The price is reasonable and offers great value for money. Staying here made my trip hassle-free. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming.

We booked two rooms, one for my dad and one for us. The next morning, we planned to go to the airport to pick up our rental car. We had originally scheduled it for 10 AM, but overslept, so we called the driver to cancel. Later, the driver called us back and said they could still hold a spot for us at 11 AM. The service was really great.

The room was great, quite spacious, and very clean. It was also incredibly quiet. The hotel environment was lovely, with a small garden full of plants. They offer a punctual airport shuttle service. Highly recommend!

Booked this hotel for an early flight the next day, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! We arrived at the subway station past 10 PM the night before, and about an hour prior, I contacted the hotel. They immediately arranged a car to pick us up from the subway and then drop us off at the airport the next morning. It's only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, which was incredibly convenient and stress-free. The environment is also lovely, filled with fresh flowers and succulents. The rooms are very clean, and in the family room, the two beds were even separated, providing privacy while still being mindful of the kids. All in all, fantastic value for money!

They offer airport shuttle service, and there are plenty of dining options around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about not finding food if you arrive late at night. The hotel environment is also exceptionally good and very refreshing.

The airport pick-up was very prompt, and the front desk staff were excellent. Hygiene: Good Environment: For an airport hotel, it's really great. Lots of greenery and good design. The room itself didn't get much sunlight, but it was lovely to have direct access to a courtyard.

The so-called 24-hour shuttle actually runs once an hour, and they won't wait if you miss it; you'll have to take a taxi yourself. The reviews say it's a 10-minute drive to the airport, but that's completely untrue! It takes 20 minutes!!! Don't be misled by the hotel's promotional videos and reviews.

This hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The room was decorated so warmly and comfortably, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was very practical, there was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were high quality. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, and the bellhop proactively helped with our luggage. The service details were absolutely impeccable.
