Anman Flower Room Hotel (Kunming Railway Station)

Traveling with friends, we stumbled upon this incredibly satisfying hotel. Its location is fantastic, very close to the subway station, and from afar, you can glimpse the city's vibrant flowers, which are everywhere. From the lobby to our room, we felt a romantic and cozy atmosphere, truly embodying our first impression of 'Spring City.' The staff's enthusiasm for their work was as bright as a certain yellow sponge; their cheerful greetings and attentive service made our experience in Kunming even more wonderful. No goodbyes, just 'see you again'!

I was very satisfied with this stay. I booked this hotel last minute after landing in Kunming, and after a long search, I decided on this one. I really appreciate the hotel upgrading my room type. After checking in, I immediately decided to extend my stay for another day! Service: First, let's talk about the service, which was excellent. From the moment I walked in, the uncle and the young lady at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, as were all the staff members throughout the hotel. They greeted us politely every day, making us feel completely at home! Facilities: The facilities and equipment were all top-notch. There were both disposable and reusable toiletries, and if you have a bathtub room, you don't even need to bring your own bath bag – the room provides one. The hot water was stable, the showerhead had great water flow, and the water pressure was very gentle. The room also had tea bags, instant coffee, a mini-bar, and even exquisite coffee cups. Environment: I loved the hotel's decor style. The exterior was cozy, and once inside, it had a French flair. The room layout and design were very elegant, and the design was also very practical. Finally, I want to give a big thumbs up to the hotel's service! 👍

The hotel is a convenient ten-minute walk from the train station, offering easy access to transportation while being tucked away in a quiet spot. The facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable, with cozy bedding. The staff are all very friendly.

Just a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station, saving you time and effort getting around. The environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy. The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude, always smiling, and even upgraded our room for free. It's very convenient to get to Kunming Old Street and Cuihu Park by taxi or subway. Everything you need for food, lodging, and transportation is here. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Kunming! 👍

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean. On the first day, I landed at 6 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet, but they still accommodated me very well. A special thanks to the kind lady at the front desk who helped me.

Just a 10-minute walk from Kunming High-Speed Rail Station, and taxis are also readily available. The environment is comfortable and quiet, and the room was clean and tidy. The staff provided service with a smile, even offering a free room upgrade and enthusiastically recommending local attractions, dining, and transportation options. The breakfast selection was varied. I'm very satisfied.

Let me tell you, the hotel I stayed at the night before was absolutely terrible. But then I arrived here, and as soon as I stepped in, the entire lobby smelled wonderful. The front desk staff were all smiling and friendly. I had booked the room the day before and arrived the next morning, but check-in wasn't until 2 PM. The front desk lady kindly offered to store our luggage for us, and she took great care of it. When we came back in the afternoon to check in and went up to the second floor, the hallway environment was also excellent, with a constant pleasant fragrance in the air that was very comforting and not overwhelming. Once we entered the room, we found it to be very secure. I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, and there was a connecting door between my room and my friend's. The shower and toilet were separate, and what was most surprising was that they even provided disinfected shower slippers, which felt incredibly thoughtful. My friend and I joked that we should just stay here for a week instead of going out; it was that comfortable! Even when we went out and came back, the staff greeted us with a smile every time. They also offer breakfast until 10 AM. I can only say, *this* is what you call service! What's more, the hotel even provided us with a PDF guide to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and travel tips! I can only give them full marks for this level of service! And when I was checking out and waiting for my car in the lobby, the staff even brought us tea, and gave us a small gift when we left. It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service, patient and polite. A special shout-out to the lady who upgraded me to a bathtub room for free – even though I didn't get to use the tub! The room was comfortable and spacious, which made me very happy. Thanks also to the laundry service attendant for washing, drying, folding, and sorting all my clothes so nicely ❤️ I had quite a few items this time 😅 I hope the hotel continues to maintain its cleanliness and friendly service. I'll definitely recommend it to friends visiting Kunming in the future. The hotel's location is also good; taxi rides to and from are not too far. Many thanks to the ladies today who brought tea, offered small gifts, and helped with my luggage 👍
