The rooms have a hotel feel, while the common areas are more like a guesthouse. The breakfast offers coarse grains; I suggest adding more congee varieties and noodle dishes (at least 2-3 types), such as millet congee and vegetable buns. The owner is very welcoming and provides excellent service. If you enjoy tea, you can even share a cup and chat with them.

The owners have a great service attitude, and there are many good food options nearby. The environment is nice, and the facilities are tastefully decorated. The breakfast provided is also delicious. It's not really a hotel, more like a guesthouse, but overall it's much better than some hotels.

I checked into this villa homestay late at night after my flight. It's conveniently located about a ten-minute drive from Changshui Airport, and their shuttle service was punctual and thoughtful, making travel by private car very convenient. The courtyard is elegant and quiet, the room is spacious, and it's equipped with smart home devices throughout. The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by planes taking off or landing at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The owner was very hospitable, and the authentic rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. It's definitely my top choice for a transitional stay when catching an early flight.

This hotel seems to be converted from a townhouse. Parking is free, and the room environment is excellent with a smart home system. The surrounding area is very pleasant, and parking is convenient. Breakfast is available (though I didn't wake up in time to try it ◉‿◉).

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with smart toilets, and all rooms are fully automated. Cleanliness: Very clean, every nook and cranny was spotless. The room instantly gave a comfortable and relaxing vibe. Environment: The environment is also very good and quiet. It's about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport and twenty minutes from the high-speed train station, which is very convenient. Service: The service was excellent. The owners were very enthusiastic, actively asking if I had any luggage. Their warmth made it feel less like staying in a hotel and more like coming home! 😂 I'll definitely stay here whenever I go to Kunming. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I can't bring myself to write a good review for a couple of small tea bags, misleading people against my conscience to stay here. After all, as a traveler who's extensively explored Yunnan for 20 days, I've stayed in numerous hotels and guesthouses, big and small. I initially had a very positive impression of this place, but my final day here left a bad taste. **Service:** The front desk attendant provided good service, helping with our luggage throughout. It's a tough job. **Hygiene:** The hotel room photos are all real, but I never expected my last stop before heading home to be so terrible! First, as soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell. The attendant said it was the smell of wood and that opening the door would air it out. We left the door and windows open while we went out for dinner, but the smell was still there when we returned, making us feel a bit dizzy. The room was dark and damp, with damp stains on the walls (it was clearly damp and dim, and they tried to blame it on renovations across the street). When we had an issue with the hotel after checking in, we immediately contacted the owner. The blankets were soaking wet, and we asked the owner to feel them. The owner, with a deceptive smile, said, 'All my rooms are like this, it's normal, not damp.' Then they suggested we pay extra to upgrade our room type. They just said all rooms were the same, so if they're all damp, why try to make us pay more? They completely failed to consider the customer's perspective; their calculative attitude was chilling! There were also several bugs on the floor. After taking a photo and searching online, it completely confirmed our suspicions! The scariest part was a centipede crawling on the bed in the middle of the night 🤢. Since it was almost midnight and we had an early morning flight the next day, we were only staying for a few hours. We didn't want to bother with moving and just put up with it. I hope everyone traveling to Yunnan has a pleasant trip and avoids unscrupulous businesses!

The hotel was very clean, and the room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to Kunming Changshui Airport, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel is also very easy to find using navigation.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel/guesthouse! They offer free airport pickup, so arriving late at night was no problem at all. The hotel has a lovely wooden decor, very new, clean, and tidy. The owner is incredibly nice and provides attentive and warm service. I'll definitely come back next time – highly recommend it!
