Very close to the Yunnan Nationalities Park, and many small restaurants, but a bit far from many of the other Kunming tourist attractions. Friendly staff.

The WiFi signal was completely nonexistent. What's worse is they charged 85 for parking, which was a first for me after traveling to many places. It's not that I mind paying, but there wasn't even a discount. The experience was really bad.

A very convenient place to stay if one wishes to visit the Ethnicities Village. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky. One has to enter a narrow gap at the end of a gate and then venture into a cluster of hotels which are all similarly designed in the quaint ethnic fashion to locate Tutu. Food options are limited to the couple of restaurants there if one goes merely on foot.

Traditional style outside and modern inside. Room with a pleasant visual impact but after careful observations it turns out to be poorly cleaned, for example stained sofas and dirty floors. The receptionist has been very kind to keep our bags before our check in and after check out.
