別的沒的説，房間裏有很濃的煙味，估計是上一個房客在室內抽煙留下的，房東用了很大的消毒水味都蓋不住煙味，本來我身體就不舒服，聞到煙味更頭痛了。建議房東在清理時注意此類行為並對這類房客進行扣按金處罰。

我們去到，點了入住之後告訴我訂的房型沒有了，説跟我換一個，然後進去很失望的房型，我申請換房型，前台就説價格不一樣，我就想説我訂的好的房型，你説沒有了，你不應該跟我無理由換嗎，還跟我説價格，其次我去到説了在去哪兒訂的，找半天也不説話，等我身份證登記完告訴我我訂的房型沒有了，**消費嗎，不會提前説嗎，至於為什麼失望，多的不想説了看圖，還有衹有一個燈會亮，等都是壞的，下去小區門禁卡都沒有，叫我飛進來嗎，怎麼進單元樓。真的挺氣的，第二天退房也是，到下午四點鐘了沒有主動退按金，我發微x提醒才退。一次性消費，不可能回頭客的

近一年來住過同價位最差酒店，房間光線昏暗，與商家圖片不符，衞生間異味嚴重（臭）被子床單還沒使用都是皺的，陽台雜亂，桌上煙灰缸是壞的，茶具沾滿灰塵，投影儀是上世紀的古董，前台態度差，無法溝通。

設備成舊，住的心裏不舒服，衞生間設計不合理，玻璃門開啟位置讓我無語，床塌也是不合理，直接可以丟了，裏面拖鞋超級臟，
