Here is a brief explanation: On the afternoon of the 19th, around 3 PM, the hotel's engineering department replaced the gas masks in all guest rooms. An engineering staff member mistook your late check-out status for a checked-out status. Following procedure, they knocked on the door three times (there is CCTV) and identified themselves three times, but received no response before opening the door. Upon opening the door, they found someone in the room, hastily apologized, closed the door, and left. Afterwards, this employee did not inform hotel management of their serious mistake, resulting in the hotel's inability to apologize to you in person immediately or communicate with you promptly. This is a dereliction of duty on the part of the hotel. The hotel bears undeniable responsibility for this incident. We deeply understand that the hotel's most basic and important responsibility is to ensure the safety and privacy of every guest.
