賓館設施較差，床太硬，衞生間衞生打掃不到位，我入住時還有一袋使用過的沐浴液袋子在洗漱台上，床鋪還有一股怪味，房間隔音太差，應該是賓館的常住客，從晚上八點多就一直吵，洗衣服，咳痰，吵架，跺地板，在過道大聲嚷嚷等等，一直到凌晨一兩點，房間安全防範措施較差，房門是以前老式的防盜門，門鎖過於老舊，沒有WiFi，沒有停車的地方。
