This hotel is truly excellent! They offer a wide range of room types, from budget-friendly to mid-range and high-end, catering to various price points. The value for money is outstanding; the room rates are affordable and a real bargain. The hotel staff are welcoming, and the premises are clean and tidy. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the hotel's location is superb. The housekeeping staff are very friendly, and the front desk ladies are warm, beautiful, and kind-hearted, making for not just a comfortable and pleasant stay, but a truly human and authentic experience. The hotel is easy to find, located near the Chuanshigu Tower Metro Station (Line 2) in Panlong District, Kunming, just about 200 meters away! Transportation is incredibly convenient, with shared bikes readily available downstairs. Dining is also a breeze, with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – you won't miss a single meal. The hotel's service is top-notch; the room cleaning aunties are very enthusiastic and provide attentive service. The facilities are comprehensive, and hot water is instantly available – very comfortable and relaxing! The hotel's ambiance is highly comfortable, and the view from its location is great. You just want to lie down and sleep as soon as you enter, not wanting to leave! It's a very comfortable place to stay. What's most convenient is the abundance of delicious restaurants nearby. Tofuchang Alley, in particular, has so many great eateries. I enjoyed douhua rice noodles, copper pot potato rice, Zhaotong skewers, and more – all affordable and incredibly tasty.

The service was excellent, the room was huge and cozy, could be renovated more but really big, we enjoyed it a lot, and every day we added another day

There are also many dining options nearby. You can walk to Yuantong Mountain Park, and strolling along the Panlong River behind the property is also very pleasant.

The room is spacious, and while the bedding is a bit old, it's still very clean and comfortable. Good value for money too.

My only suggestions are to ensure the mattress is clean and to change the duvet insert beneath the sheets. Also, the room air freshener is a bit too strong. If these improvements are made, I'd consider a long-term stay during holidays.

The location is close to the Kunming Train Station. I had an early train to catch, so I chose this place for the location and washing machine. Place is easy to find. Checking is easy. Room spacious. Staff extreamly nice and helpful.

Hotel is just average. The beddings are not very comfortable.Good for solo travelers & budget travelers. You just can sleep there . Expectations vs reality is different. They will ask for a refundable deposit when you check-in. They arranged us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. So the customer service is good . Just so so.

It was completely different from the pictures on the Internet. There was no air conditioning, no hot water, and the blanket was too isolated. What kind of family room is this? It's a one-bedroom and one-living room, which was renovated from a house I bought myself. There was a smell when I went in, and once you book this room, you can't cancel it after 30 minutes. It was quite late when we arrived, so we just made do with it, but the experience was really not good. Yunnan is beautiful, I will come again if I have the chance.
