首先網上訂房訊息不及時更新，我們網上訂房標間，入店才告知衹有單間。床和床墊不配套，床墊和床沿之間大概相隔十釐米左右，枕頭很硬，讓人極度不舒服；最主要的是早上七點左右開始在五樓組織活動，音量感覺身處酒吧，完全沒有辦法休息，而這種情況辦理入住時並未告知。最後是本來訂兩間房，一間房沒有退，想寄放行李在前台到另一間房退房時一起帶走，被告知別人也有很多快遞寄，還有行李箱，沒有辦法幫忙保管，也是無語了。200多塊錢的酒店，住了個寂寞，一點沒休息好。
