The elevator is genuinely dangerous and keeps closing on people even when the open-door button is pressed. It hurts a lot when it hits you. Furthermore, the bed, desk, and headboard in the room all have very sharp, hard edges. The desk is also placed awkwardly, blocking the way to the balcony, so you end up bumping into it and hurting yourself when walking out. On top of that, the "unlimited" hot spring access included in the booking actually has time restrictions and closes at 10:00 PM. The room facilities are extremely outdated as well. I truly wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Very satisfied with our stay! The room service was exceptional, and my family and I had a wonderful, truly relaxing time. Having round-the-clock access to the hot springs was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Ordering takeout was also super convenient, as it could be delivered right to our room door.

We were just passing through Kunming on our way to the Dounan Flower Market and picked a random hotel to stay for the night. To our surprise, my child was so captivated by the hot springs downstairs that they didn't want to go back to the room. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive! The room was clean and bright, and the hot spring area even had a dedicated section for kids to play in the water. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and the main meals were great too. Plus, it was excellent value for money. It was a completely unexpected pleasant surprise. Next time we're stopping over in Kunming, we're definitely booking this place again.

Renovated in 2019, the lobby is grand, but the rooms, with their mahogany furnishings, are a bit dated. The indoor and outdoor pools are very comfortable, and the spa facilities are comprehensive, offering fun for both adults and children.

Unlimited access to the couple's hot springs: The kids loved it and could soak whenever they wanted, especially enjoying the multi-functional pool. Personally, I found the herbal baths to be good. The overall environment is quiet, making it a great leisure option for a holiday. The facilities are quite complete; it would be even better if there was a laundry room. However, for a resort hotel renovated in 2019, the overall maintenance is excellent, and the experience was very good!

Excellent facilities and service that exceeded expectations! The staff were very friendly. The only minor drawback is the lack of a self-service laundry machine. The hot spring was very comfortable, with options for surfing, massage, and hydrotherapy. It was very relaxing. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is a bit old, but the kids' play area looks great! It's recommended if you're traveling with children, mainly for water activities and hot springs. The room facilities could use an update though. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic.
