City Convenient Hotel (Kunming High-speed Railway South Station, Block 7 store)

Facilities: Very complete and can be used normally Hygiene: The hygiene is really the best I have ever lived in Kunming. As a patient with severe allergic rhinitis, I didn’t sneeze when I went in. Service: The service attitude is really great. Whether answering the phone or checking in, they are soft-spoken and very patient throughout the process. Drop-off service: The drop-off service is very punctual and the time arrangement is very reasonable. Pick-up service: It would be better if the driver was a little more patient, but overall I am quite satisfied.

The first stay experience was good, so I chose City Express for the second time. The hotel is clean and tidy. There are many commercial restaurants nearby but it is very quiet. It is very close to the South Railway Station. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off, so transportation is worry-free.

The foreman or manager in black clothes does not listen to what the customers say and speaks self-righteously. There were mistakes when checking in at the front desk. 2. Regarding time, we asked the hotel how long it would take to get to South Station, and the front desk replied that it would take more than 20 minutes. After we got on the bus, the route to pick up other hotel guests only took 6 minutes to get to South Station. How could the front desk staff take more than 20 minutes? I asked how long it would take to get to the airport and was told it would take 1 hour and 40 minutes. I ended up taking a bus from South Railway Station to the airport and arriving at the airport in 30 minutes. This is simply nonsense. 3. There is a peculiar smell in the room. Please clean it. 4. Solve the problem of the attitude of the staff wearing black clothes. You are just a staff member, not a customer. We are not spending money to listen to your orders. We must reflect on ourselves.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The corridors are super dirty, the room has a strange smell, and the quilt smells of cigarette smoke.
