Excellent and very clean. The guy at the front desk provided fantastic service, and he was really handsome, with a military-like demeanor. You absolutely *must* get the breakfast; it's incredibly rich and varied.

Had a great experience! The airport shuttle service was fantastic! I booked this hotel because my flight was early and it's located very close to the airport, which is super convenient, especially with their shuttle service! The hotel environment is nice and the facilities are practical, though not particularly luxurious. However, the price was very reasonable, especially for the National Day holiday period!

Great value for money, convenient location, and excellent airport transfer service. Everything was good, except the front desk felt a bit like an airline counter, if you know what I mean, haha. But I think Hainan Airlines (HNA) is decent, and the hotel itself is quite spacious.

Absolutely terrible, do NOT book this hotel! Unless you're trying to save money, then don't mind me. The hygiene is horrendous. After I booked, I went to check it out in person and wanted to cancel, but they wouldn't refund me. They privately asked me to transfer 100 RMB for a cleaning fee. I literally only stepped inside for ten minutes and wanted to leave, but they still refused to let me cancel. I didn't even get to lie down on the bed. It's truly awful.

Giving this hotel a 1-star rating is out of deference to Trip.com. Their so-called 'special service' of airport pickup?! I told them beforehand I'd be landing around 11 AM and to contact the hotel. The hotel then told me to contact the driver directly. When I landed, I contacted the driver and told him I'd be about half an hour. He said 'okay'. But less than 10 minutes later, he told me he was leaving in 4 minutes. What the hell? If you can't provide the pickup service, don't claim to have it. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. Luckily, Trip.com customer service was great and handled the situation. Also, the hotel doesn't have any USB charging ports!!
