Kunming HNA Flight Hotel Reviews

The hotel is about a ten minute drive from the airport, very convenient to stay for a night layover. The place doesn’t look new but is clean. Only the carpet floor in the room is quite dirty. I arrived late and checked out early in the morning, so did not have time to check their amenities . Not sure if there’s any restaurant or other services.

The hotel was very nice and the room was big and clean

check in was quick and they really do have a free shuttle every 30mins which takes about 15mins. Room is big and clean if a bit run-down. Hotel is in some semi-security area infested with officials who will stop you walking around. There is one poorish restaurant outside and quite hard to reach, suitable for committed smoking carnivores. The whole hotel smells of stale tobacco. There are soulless vending machines rather than any functioning restnt. One night only please. Its about 4km from the airport i think you could not walk. Chinese only language

Very nice rooms and very clean.

The front desk does not speak English and did not help us with our luggage. Check-in at dawn and check-out at 4 pm was good. Breakfast was not bad but do not expect too much.

I stayed in Kunming for more than ten days. The last night was the first time I gave a bad review. I had to catch a flight at 5 o'clock the next day, so I arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock the night before. I turned on the air conditioner when I felt a little hot. There were two modes when I turned it on. I was woken up by the heat at 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock in the morning. I touched the air outlet with my hand. I chose the mode on the left picture, but it was still hot air. I was really impressed. I didn't sleep well all night. I couldn't help it at 4 o'clock. I called the front desk and found out that I had to press and hold the mode to turn on the host after turning it on. I was really speechless. Such an anti-human air conditioner panel doesn't have any instructions. I spent more than 200 yuan and stayed in the hotel for less than six hours, but I didn't sleep well! !

The reason is that it is close to the airport and there is a shuttle service. It won't delay anything. However, the surrounding area is very desolate and there is nothing to buy or eat. In the end, I ordered a takeaway McDonald's from the airport. The noise of the planes was very loud at night, and it was not until late at night that it got better. People with poor sleep should choose this place with caution.

The travel photography and children's activities in the hotel are great! The room scenery and performances are great.

The parent-child room is clean and the service desk is very friendly. After arriving at the airport early in the morning and learning that the flight was delayed, they also accepted the room rest service after check-out. Thank you very much.

The price is right and it is very close to the airport. Good value for money. The flight was delayed and it was almost 2 a.m. when I arrived in Kunming and picked up my luggage. After a phone call, Master Li came to the airport to pick me up. The corridor of the hotel is old and the carpet should be replaced. The room is clean and it is OK to sleep for one night. When I checked out at noon, I saw many beautiful Hainan Airlines stewardesses checking in.
