房間夠大，床品舒服，廁所夠大，房間和廁所乾淨。旁邊是個醫院，據説24小時核酸。

園子裏一個樓是酒店，一個樓是民宅，一個樓是藝術培訓。連着的院子好像有藝術展，也是新華書店，整體氣氛非常文藝。
臨這的小馬路因為很窄，沒什麼車和人，晚上不會吵。但是很有煙火氣，甚至還有五金店。感覺回到了小時候的家屬區。
