Perfect stay at this Luxury Hotel. All staff members were very friendly and helpful even if we do not speak mandarin. The room was big and beds were very comfortable.The breakfast was very good. Great coffee, warm and cold dishes. The traditional noodles tasted very delicious. There is a Shopping Mall in short walking distance. If you want to go to the city or other places you can catch the Subway at the Beichen Metro Station nearby.I can only recommend this great hotel to others for staying in Kunming.We had a perfect time at this place. Very good experience. Booked two rooms and one was very hot. The staffs claimed that there is only heating because it is winter but clearly the A/C panel was not working, because the other room was great. They sent a technician who parroted the same thing. Limited spoken English.

When traveling in Yunnan, I chose to stay in this hotel. The location and transportation are relatively convenient. It is not far from Kunming scenic spots. The hotel service is good. As soon as I entered the door, there was a concierge to help with the luggage and take the initiative to deliver it to the room. The facilities and equipment are not bad. Three sweet front desk ladies warmly welcomed me and specially arranged a room in a quiet area for me to ensure that I could enjoy a peaceful night. They not only pushed the luggage in person, but also guided me to the room and introduced the facilities in the room in detail. Their warm smiles and thoughtful service made this stay worth the money. After returning to the room, I found that the table was filled with carefully prepared desserts and snacks, which made people feel particularly warm and truly felt at home. The next morning, when I enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, the rich dishes and delicious food were eye-catching. The decoration of the restaurant is also unique. While tasting the food and appreciating the restaurant design with my partner, we also curiously discussed the identity of the investor and learned that he was an authentic Yunnanese.
