We are first time in Kunming, and first hotel was nice , clean and comfortable, near by metro station, all around convenient to have a dinner or lunch. Close to flower market.

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

The guys and girls at the platform were very nice and the service was enthusiastic. There was also a robot that delivered things, which was very nice! The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The mirror, toilet, etc. were all very clean. The room I booked was close to the community, and it was super quiet when I closed the window at night. Breakfast was on the 27th floor, and it was very comfortable to eat breakfast while enjoying the scenery.

The stay experience is quite good. Very good We arrived at the hotel at 10pm because we went to the wrong Vienna before😭 When we arrived at the front desk, the lady saw that we were a family of 4 and helped us upgrade to a superior twin bed. A family of three lives here very well, with high cost performance, not crowded and not wasteful. It is very close to the subway and there are supermarkets around, so it is convenient for shopping. Maybe because of the festival, some shops around are closed, but there are also shops open, so it is convenient to eat. We arrived in Kunming that night. We went to Dounan Flower Market. We went to Yunnan Provincial Museum the next morning. We left Kunming South Station in the afternoon. It is very convenient to stay here, highly recommended

I have stayed at a Vienna Hotel before and had a good impression. This time I deliberately chose a Vienna Hotel near Kunming. As expected, it is near the subway station, about 200 meters away. The transportation is very convenient. Unfortunately, the lobby is being renovated, so there is a slight inconvenience.

The room hygiene is poor. The floor is sticky and there are big holes from cigarette butts on the sofa.
