以前也留意過他們家，應該是評分2年都是5.0了，還是比較有實力的一間酒店，在**上看着房間裝修風格比較有質感，房價比7月份優惠了很多，説句良心話商家房價給的還是比較公道 ，在客服的熱情帶領下看了房間床墊還是比較乾淨確實是橡膠床墊，枕頭套拆了看了確實是沒有任何污點的橡膠枕頭[強][強][強]下單之前我們也是到周邊房間裏面看了實物對比了一圈以後，果斷放心的選擇了入住客回佳酒店，無論是從房間乾淨程度 還是服務程度，都沒有什麼可以挑剔人家的，從下單到入住客服發定位 幫忙帶領找車位 ，尤其是這幾天下暴雨客服幫我們我們打着傘，拖着行李，無微不至的服務着我們，我想一直以來都是5.0的滿房也是人家辛苦服務出來的，等我退房憑良心，必須也是給給滿分，強烈推薦大家放心安心入住

朋友推薦來的，真的是物超所值，一開門那瞬間簡直驚到我了，裏面的佈置好喜歡，跟圖片一模一樣，給人很清爽的感覺，衞生也很乾凈，前台小姐姐服務態度也特別地好，很熱情，住過的最最最滿意的一次，下次還來這家，強烈推薦大家入住，一定不會後悔的！

7月10號訂的酒店，7月31號入住當天被告知沒有房間，並用命令的口吻讓我退房，叫了我好幾遍全名。我因為在附近考試才訂的房間，不想在考試前一天再費心力時間找酒店，想讓商家解決，結果話沒説完直接被掛了電話。後來聯繫平台，平台給我付款差價升級房間為陽光大床房，沒想到入住的是如圖所示的房間。如此服務和硬件真是大開眼界，以後絕不再訂廉價酒店了。

走進來感覺真好！設施什麼都齊全，房間挺寬敞的，打開全景落地窗空氣真好，房間衞生乾淨，《五華區熱評商家5.0評分》最主要的是離地鐵很近，很方便，晚上還可以月牙塘公園走走逛一下，如果喜歡熱鬧，樓下面和諧夜市轉轉，滿目琳琳的小吃應有盡有，前台服務人員挺熱情的，很親切，給顧客一種賓至如歸的感覺，主動幫忙拿行李，不錯的入住體驗，不愧是，五華區《熱評商家》5.0滿分商家，2年了一直都是5.0，可見商家做這個服務行業是很專業很用心

入住的時候，是帶着孩子入住的，要了好多次東西，工作人員都立馬熱情的送到位，辦事效率高，很專業，昆明特色酒店《必住榜》，房間乾淨、安靜、舒適、氛圍好，裝修風格也比較多樣化，烏拉作北歐風公主房、田園主題大床房、田園優享房、輕奢雙床房、淑女風的園景房、歐美風的觀景房…，我在他們家訂房是看到五華區《熱評商家》5 .0評分訂的房，到店體驗感滿滿實足，酒店地理位置好 交通、購物、用餐，都比較方便，夜市比較火爆，特色小吃也比較多， 如果是工作疲勞的話，可以選擇在房間看看夜景，喝喝茶 ，也是別有一番風味的

一開始是不經意間發現的這個酒店了，看了很多人的評價覺得應該還不錯，也帶着忐忑預訂了三晚。來了以後發現，確實很有設計感，是個很有品味的酒店，整體風格比較温馨，給人一種很舒適的感覺。酒店的拖鞋是我用過最舒服的酒店拖鞋，沒有之一！服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，需要接機會仔細詢問航班訊息，特別是我落下了東西可樂小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感

好臟，180塊錢感覺住了個老小區廉租房。酒店沒有大廳，臨時一個小棚子，然後自己走進去住小區，房間很臟，尤其是地毯油漬好多，衞生間灰灰的，燈也有幾個壞的。還不提供停車，門口停車位超級堵，自己花錢停也沒有位置，找車位找了一小時。總之就是很很很無語的一次體驗

還有一些上次的人留下的一次性包裝袋，訂的是1米8的床，給我的是1米5的，枕頭上面還有一些未知的污點，是那種小區房改酒店的，環境也不好。
