Location :excellent surrounding lot of shopping mall and eateries. Walking distance to Kunming old town
Transport : excellent convenience to travel around train station.
Services: excellent staff was polite and efficient. Smooth check in and out .

The location is excellent, close to metro station and next to large shopping mall. The room is simple, a bit outdated but still comfortable.
However, a drawback is smoking !!! Even though the hotel has a sign of non-smoking all around, it didn’t have a proper, closed smoking room, so people just smoke in front of the elevator!!! The whole floor can smell the smoking, even inside the room. I ask to change the room once because of the smell of smoking. The staff didn’t hesitate to change the room for me, but the new room can still smell it. Turning on the air conditioner can help a bit. So please be aware of this problem if you want to stay at this hotel.

Nice place to stay. It is conveniently located near the halal street food which is just behind the hotel and near the Shuncheng Mosque. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms ans value for money.

The location of the hotel was amazing — really close to Nanping pedestrian street and the old town. It felt quite safe, even when walking around at night.
I stayed at this hotel for the last two days before flying back. There's a metro station right across the road, which makes it super convenient to get to the airport. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can buy snacks and food.

the room window was facing a wall. I think room was fairly spacious. the taxi can't stop in front of the hotel. There isn't a rack there to hang your jacket inside the room.
But the room is quite spacious.

Win for the best location. Breakfast buffet got variety. Free laundry machine. Room amenities are good enough. Beware of hotpot smell from downstairs restaurant, the receptionist kindly arranged another room for us. Basic, simple and got everything you need for a budget trip
