房子還行 價格合理
房間有窗户，但是僅僅是通風用。酒店位置優越，方便去市區，看聯大 逛翠湖。服務員很客氣，早餐比較實用，沒有很豐盛，但也能吃飽。性價比總體可以。

位置挺好，在雲南師大旁邊，與西南聯大舊址衹一牆之隔。房間乾淨衞生，前台服務態度好，禮貌規範。評論裏講的那個台階，我覺得不是大問題，而且前台美女主動幫我提箱子，我説不用不用，她還是搶上來幫我提上去了。要提醒自駕朋友們注意的，是旁邊那個一樓改的車庫（酒店院子進去左手邊），限高衹170cm，轎車沒事，SUV就可能卡住。限高標識不容易被注意到，尤其晚上，看痕跡，已經不止一台車被卡過。給酒店經理提了建議，增加一塊泡沫板吊牌，經理去安排了，不知現在落實沒有。

地理位置很方便，各種交通工具都可以選擇很便利酒店就在師範大學旁還可以看到西南聯大的舊址不虛此行周邊的小車很多大學很多環境很安靜，陽光明媚，推薦更多人入住

網上預訂時，看以往評價有點犯嘀咕：1.從大堂到電梯有半層樓梯台階，搬運行李困難。2.房間靠街夜裡吵。
等到酒店以後，1.從大堂到電梯確實有樓梯台階。前台解釋才知道，這個酒店是師大宿舍改建的，樓梯是以前宿舍的，改動不了。但是，前台幫忙把行李箱拎到電梯口，後來退房時，前台又在電梯口等着把行李箱拎到大堂。2.靠街吵的問題，其實所謂靠街的那條街，是一個白天就行人行車比較少的一條小街。而且，我提出不要靠街的房間時，前台免費把大床房升為雙人標間。還説好評送早餐。但是我們起晚了，沒去吃早餐。我這條好評是真實意思表示，不是為了早餐。3.房間佈置也很好。我出行一般都會在大學旁邊找酒店住，安全而且吃飯方便美味。4.還發現有自助洗衣房，可惜我就住一晚，不然也洗洗衣服。好評！
以後再去昆明還會住這裏的漢庭酒店

簡直是參觀西南聯大舊址的最佳選擇！當時做了功課以後選了這家，果然走路就可以到，交通也很方便，周邊的小吃也很多，大學也多。房間內環境很安靜，窗外可以看到大樹陽光和街道，前台小姐姐們態度都很好，前台還有自助熱水，贊爆了！

和孩子兩個人出來旅遊，訂了大床房，房間雖然不大但設計佈局很合理，衞生也很不錯。衹有一點就是，這個房間能聽見機器哄哄哄的響聲，不知道是哪裡傳來的。反正我一晚上沒睡着。不過小朋友沒有受影響。所以給四分，希望酒店可以提前告知客人有聲響，看客人能不能接受。

房間非常乾淨舒適，距離好多大學都非常近，交通非常便利，周邊小吃也很多，離翠湖也衹有有1點幾公里，非常近，在誇一遍前台和客房的服務，真的超級棒，服務特別熱情！！！

酒店的環境很舒適、安靜！房間有4層隔音玻璃，晚上一點都不吵。尤其酒店的枕頭和床墊睡着很安逸。一覺睡到天亮！入住期間遇到工作人員都會主動微笑問好，有一種回家的感覺！下次還會入住！推薦！
