We are very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near the metro station. It is very convenient to take a taxi but beware of traffic jams from 5 p.m. the hotel staff is very smiling and friendly. I particularly recommend: the very rich and varied breakfast; the well-equipped and very large fitness room to work out; the pleasant pool to swim and relax. The meal at the hotel is also very good and affordable. The hotel offers a menu at 108 yuan per person with a selection of very varied and delicious dishes. Congratulations for this hotel and for the welcome we have benefitted from. We will come back as a family.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

In the end the staffs gave me a fan for the troubleshooting in the same room. The room: The room and fornitures are quite old. To smell along corrider on the last floor. The fan that I got (because hot weather in air condition was broken) was old and made noise all night. Breakfast: Normal Chinese breakfast.

This is my second time staying at FamilyMart, and it still has the familiar taste of Zen and the feeling of home. This FamilyMart is newly opened, but the service level is still five-star. Excellent location. Was just 5-10min walk to Kunming station Hotel was clean but you can tell was dated. Nowhere as well-kept as the Jinjiang Classique hotel at The Bund, Shanghai I stayed. Family Room I booked was actually two bedrooms with connecting doors. Cute layout for kids. :D Food was ok. Nothing to rave about.

Value for money. 2nd night stay in this hotel travel from Lijiang to Kunming. We check in late night and surrounding still have many restaurants and fruits stall still open. Very good Chinese breakfast and tea time is good for us before we travel to airport. We have requested to have room not face to main room. Even though is for 2 single beds but we have good sleep during the whole night without any noise from outside. Beds is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back this hotel when I travel to Kunming.

Satisfied, the TV is big, the toiletries are orange-scented, there are a lot of things about oranges at the front desk, orange gummies, orange biscuits and fresh orange fruit tea. It is a very good experience. The lady in the room is also super polite and the room is tidied. It's clean and tidy. Although I'm traveling, it feels like I'm at home. The breakfast is not too good. The fungus rice noodles taste great, and there's also fruit bread. All in all highly recommended

This is a very good hotel, 5 minutes away from Kunming Station, convenient transportation. The beauty at the service desk was warm and thoughtful to the guests, and saw that I was old and gave a free upgrade to the room. The bathroom in the room was very clean, the waiter was very intimate, the best thing was that there was a free laundry room to let guests avoid the trouble of laundry! There is a big supermarket next to the hotel that is also very convenient for shopping. I will continue to book this hotel next time I come to Kunming.
