I have heard about the reputation of Green Lake Hotel for a long time, so I brought my family here in early February 24 and finally checked in. Their slippers are really easy to wear. So far, only the slippers from his store and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel are so comfortable. facility: The shower head in the room we stayed in was leaking. After washing, we found water leaking all over the floor, so we had to ask room service to come and clean it up. Serve: You have to take your time to find a parking space in the parking lot, there are not many parking spaces. Check-in at the front desk is fast. Desserts are provided in the evening, with sufficient ingredients and delicious taste. All in all, it was a great stay experience with my family!

🉐 自己真心是第一次家庭出遊選擇“民宿”！ 過去都是訂五星酒店，主要是上次去閬中古城遊覽時，裡邊的一家民宿給孩子留下很好的印象，於是，這次來昆明，纏着我嘗試訂民宿😄 🈯 客觀來説，因為沒有跟其他民宿比較過，衹能説，圖片介紹基本真實，店主的服務態度和歷史性也都很好。 但，真要給居住感打分的話，不會太高，問題確實是很多。 💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]先説優點吧: 1️⃣ 位置佳: 距離翠湖公園、講武堂和昆明站都不遠。 2️⃣ 房間氛圍: 以綠色為主色調的美式清新感。 3️⃣ 房間的床墊、床品舒適度不錯（除開枕頭）。 4️⃣ 服務意識強: 店主加微信後，第一時間給到的小貼士內容完整，過程中遇到問題都能及時響應處理👍 5️⃣ 配備的衞生紙、瓶裝水足夠。 但，真要跟酒店對比，問題也確實太多。 ❌ 【不足之處】: 1️⃣ 周邊配套: 房間在一個80年代老小區內，外觀陳舊，周邊估計是因為過節，大多商家關門，購買物品和用餐都不方便。 2️⃣ 房間: 面積真心小，適合單人或雙人朋友出遊，不適合親子家庭。 3️⃣ 衞生間: 真心太小，連馬桶🚽都沒法擺放（話説，最近二十年出遊，都沒有遇到無馬桶的狀況），花灑的沖力很弱，調温控温不穩定。 4️⃣ 房間沒有空調和暖氣。客廳和大客房配有電暖風機，但氣温低的時候還是不足，結合衞生間設施以及客廳跟陽台之間沒有門的因素，低温時沐浴容易造成孩子感冒（所以居住期間沒敢給孩子洗澡）。 5️⃣ 小區本身安靜，但房間隔音效果差，過年期間燃放爆竹的聲音完全無法屏蔽。 6️⃣ wifi的網絡較差，不穩定，播放電視節目時卡頓嚴重。 7️⃣ 按金返還的速度較慢，不像酒店，還房後一般一小時內到賬。他家的按金200元，在退房後第三天還未能到賬。 ❗️ 總體來説，後期基本不會再選擇這類型的家庭民宿，除非是類似於度假酒店的整體花園式民宿。

The room is clean and the transportation is convenient. The door is Metro Line 3. It is convenient to go anywhere. The boss is enthusiastic and bold.
